Comment : Ladies, do not go! They grossly over exaggerated an "safety" concern with the inspection. They marked a failure of the floor pan, but their comment is regarding a bushing on my drivetrain. Said I needed a $2300 repair! When asked what the "safety" concern was, Preston said, if I was in a collision that extra parts could fall off my car and create a hazard. You'll never guess... it passed inspection 2 days later when I took it to a new location.Little did Dylan, Preston and Advanced Automotive know that the dealership had identified wear and tear in my 10 year old bushing about 4 months earlier, but said it was not a big deal and could be worked into a long term maintenance plan.Instead, Dylan, Preston and Advanced Automotive saw me as an "easy mark" and chose to lie to me, fail the safety inspection, and tried to take $2300 of my hard earned money.Ladies, do not go!
