Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : i have had two cars in to advanced for painting and some minor body work. in both cases the paint jobs had paint "nibs" and "orange peel" surfaces that were easily detectable when they gave me the cars back.in one car i had it back twice and a detailer fixed it. the second car was returned three times to fix the blemishes. i was very disappointed and there was no adjustments made for the inconveniences and poor workmanship -advanced had a good reputation but as a consumer ,be very exacting and inspect it when you pick it up!

Comment : Amazing customer service. I was involved in a hit and run with my 2 month old at the time. For a situation that was scary and difficult for me, they made it less stressful while having my car repaired. The service was fast and the process was smooth. They did an amazing job and Matilda is amazing! She was as prompt and answered every question I had thoroughly.

Comment : My car looks brand new inside and outside of my Lexus 460GX. They did a terrific job painting and repairing my bumper. My light colored leather seats looked terrible from sunscreen on sub par light leather. They told me they could dye them and now they look brand new!! Highly recommend !!
