Comment : This company is an approved AAA car service company. In June we had the right rear brake caliper replaced. So it???s now October and the brake peddle was completely pushed to the floor and had a hard time stopping and controlling the car. I am so blessed that when my son was driving he did not get into an accident or potential have a fatal accident. I had the car towed to same place that fixed the right rear caliper in June. They wanted to charge me for another (same) repair full price. But after I told them they did it in June, they back stepped. They said it was the part was defective. But they still charged me a fee to get it fixed again. My brother who is a mechanic (fixes airplanes) said in his opinion looked like mechanic error. I asked Advanced Auto Repair Inc. to please absorb all of the cost. They would not and I also had to take it back again to get the emergency break readjusted. It should have been done when the caliper was fixed. What a waste of two days time. I will not go back there.This company is an approved AAA car service company.
