Comment : The dealer tried to charge me $2419 for "recommended" services. Making it sound like my car needed new break pads, new break fluids, alignment, tire rotation and balance.

I called and came here after speaking to Connor. They were able to take me in on the same day and service me within 1+ hour. They recommended only tire rotation and balance for $179. They said my break pads were fine and fluids were little low but not to worry about.
I am about to drive my car 800 miles and this was such a a saving grace to get my car serviced and assessed with honesty. I cannot recommend them enough!

Comment : End of day emergency. They stayed open while I practically pedaled the car to them. They figured out the problem immediately and I left with a fixed car and information on what to expect on this 20 yr old car. Highly recommend this shop and ownership.

Comment : I usually take my car to the Honda dealership in Chantilly, and now I know why. I made the mistake of coming here, tempted by the AAA discount, and I regret it. The waiting area is cramped and not clean, and their diagnostic fees are almost as high as Honda’s. At least at Honda, you get professional service and a much better environment. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Comment : Hameed damaged my BMWx5. I was asked to call their Finance guy called Mark T. He never responded. I will not leave this. It cost me thousands. Also be careful everyone.
