Comment : Usually pretty good, but paid $200 for a diagnostic on my car to be told it was a strut bushing. Took it to another shop and they found suspension end links were the problem and fixed them for marginally more than the $200 diagnostic. Again, usually a good shop, but missed the mark this time unfortunately.

Comment : If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for an alignment and was talked into getting brakes and rotors. After only driving a couple miles did the issues begin. I took my car to a trusted mechanic just to find out the parts they used were absolute trash and didn't even match for that matter! And the shop won't pay to make it right, won't refund me, or even meet me in the middle! They've done nothing but cost me money. Because I'm under warranty they'll work on the car but why would I trust them to touch it at this point. Watch out for these people!

Comment : Needed some work done on our Jeep before a long trip. The team took excellent care of our needs and were a friendly bunch. If we lived here, we would come back for all our car needs!

Comment : I was pleasantly surprised when I went to harmony auto! They did exactly what I requested. Stephanie was great, explaining everything to me. They gave me an estimate of what I might need to have done, and certainly didn't pressure me at all. This was a very warm, friendly , professional environment and I will trust them to do any work in the future. I feel fortunate I found them.
