Comment : I had an embarrassing situation with my car where I wasn’t quite sure what was wrong with the car or what had happened to cause the damage. My experience was full of friendly staff, straightforward answers, and practical problem solving. I felt everything they were doing to my car was transparent, they didn’t do anything without my go ahead, and the prices were quite reasonable. As a woman, I am often afraid of being taken advantage of at mechanics, but I deeply appreciated how I was treated at Harmony and felt cared for rather than condescended to. Staci in particular was SO helpful and I felt she advocated for me when I couldn’t because of my busy schedule. I’m so grateful for my experience! They absolutely have a life-long customer out of me :)

Comment : Over the past decade and two vehicles, I've always had exceptionally positive experiences with Harmony Automotive. However, my recent interaction with Stacy at the Greeley branch was concerning and has led me to seek service elsewhere.

I had a 9:00 AM appointment, but Stacy did not arrive until after 10:00 AM. When I later requested to speak with someone else regarding my service, Stacy stated she was the only one available and that the owner was out of town indefinitely, despite her earlier claim of having spoken with the owner that morning.

Regarding my vehicle, I paid over $1000 for brake work intended to resolve a squealing issue, a service that Harmony Automotive guarantees. When the squealing continued, I returned my vehicle for a follow-up inspection, well within the guarantee's timeframe and mileage. During this visit, Stacy attempted to charge me for an additional brake inspection, even though it was for the exact issue I had already paid to fix and was covered by the existing guarantee. She told me to pay or go somewhere else.

While the Denver Harmony shop commendably honored the guarantee without issue, the overall conduct experienced at this Greeley location, particularly with Stacy, did not align with the customer service standards I've come to expect from Harmony Automotive. Consequently, I will no longer be using this location for my automotive needs. Save yourself the stress and avoid the Greeley location.

Comment : Was pleased with the way I was greeted by Stacy and appreciated getting my vehicle in quickly. I was pleased to know my vehicle did not need an alignment after their diagnostic. I felt like Marc in the service dept was very honest. I would definitely return.

Comment : I have used Harmony on several occasions for business vehicles which we really need to keep on the road and they always make it happen. I find them to be highly professional and honest.
