Comment : I went to Advanced Automotive Performance as a first time customer and the experience was awesome, the prices were fair, they were extremely transparent in not only what they needed to work on (I went in for a full rear brake replacement) but also did an extensive look at the vehicle since it was their first time working on it. They gave me a heads up of what may need to be worked on upcoming maintenance without being pushy about it. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new garage.

Comment : The team was great to work with. Got me in for a second opinion next day. They were very detailed, sent over a complete analysis with pictures outlining what I need to focus on and what is ok. They also sent a detailed quote for all items found that needed work. I was able to approve or deny the work right there. Everything was very transparent labor costs vs parts and materials cost. They called and walked me through each item over the phone while I was able to follow along and answer all the questions I had.
Everyone there was nice to talk with in person as well for pick up and made the process very easy. Gave me some recommendations to look for and options for next time with pricing so I knew what to expect. Overall great experience. They will now be my go to place a long with my family.

Comment : My daughter bought a used car from a very dishonest individual. I went to the shop first to see if they could inspect it prior to getting it registered. I told them I needed a shop with integrity because I know how the industry can be. They either can find everything possible wrong or the bare minimum you need for safety. I already knew the car was garbage but they told us to bring it to them for a pre purchase inspection. They went through the car from one end to the other and when they finished we got a full report including pictures of the major issues found. Unfortunately the car needs to be junked and puts her at a significant financial loss but they prevented her from dumping even more money into the car. Every gentleman I spoke with there was the absolute best. I am so grateful for their help. The most important part of this review is the fact that they didn’t charge us one penny. The car sat in their lot for a little over a week until we could move it. I 1000% recommend this shop. They even tried to help us find a replacement vehicle and a junk yard to sell the car to. Top notch shop!!!!!

Comment : I been waiting to write this review until I got my truck back but I might aswell write it now , hands down the best shop I ever been to. The communication with them is great. I needed a new engine , and was dealing with a warranty company that was not so great. And they took care of the whole process, step by step they kept me in the loop with pictures and processes. With the frustration any one would had said forget it we don't want the head ache but not them. When anything seemed off they went to extra mile to get it fix the right way, there job is to never see me again for the same issue . In a good way and you can tell they are doing that. Every one is super friendly and they gave a loaner knowing it was my only way to get back and forth from work. I drive an Audi and even the Audi dealership wasn't this good. I can't wait to get my baby back but at least I know it is in great hands .
