The weather was so cold & I had not started my car for days! They said it had to be towed! I know my car only needed a jump which another company did! Will never call them AGAIN! 1 Reviews Bill schanbacher Horsham, PA Reviewed : 03/31/2022 Comment : Adam is great. Friendly and honest service. I went into the shop and talked to Adam directly about replacing my windshield, he told me he would call his windshield guy and get back to me tomorrow. Well tomorrow comes and goes and no response. So I let it go for another 2 days, then I decide to call him again. "Hey let me reach out to my windshield guy and I'll either call you back today or first thing in the morning." Ok no problem, I'm thinking to myself maybe this guy is just super busy and forgot? No big deal. 2 more days go by and I decide to call him again same thing happens, let me call my guy and I'll call you back. At this point I call him again and no answer, but he does text me saying he'll call me back, which he never does. Communication is horrible, and I never even got a price. I understand this is a small business and hearing back from another vendor might be difficult but it's not difficult to let me know what's going on. In short I would never recommend this place to anyone due to the lack of communication and professionalism. Yes I will probably pay more by going through another company such as Safelite, but at least they can communicate effectively. 1 Reviews A google user Horsham, PA Reviewed : 08/05/2021 Comment : We dropped the vehicle off bc the breaks didn't work and the battery died. We dropped the car off and it took them about a week to fix them. He called with a price and we gave the go ahead. We picked up the car and got it home and realized the key fob no longer worked. We called him immediately and explained to him the issue. After ab I ut 2 weeks and 2 or 3 convos he said he would take care of it. So we brought it in for him to reprogram the key fob. He said nothing about price or anything. We thought in good faith he would like he said "take care of it". Nope he charged us 2x what Cadillac would charge to reprogram the key fob. It was $952 to get the brakes and battery. We will not go back to his shop for any work. 1 Reviews Joseph monte Horsham, PA Service: General repairs & maintenance'> Reviewed : 04/28/2021 Comment : Adam goes the extra mile he's honest and a great mechanicService: General repairs & maintenance
