Comment : If you are looking for a luxury car, I suggest you keep on looking. I love my Type as but this dealership is trash. All of my friends who own luxury vehicles,the dealership will pick up their vehicle for an oil change and bring it back to their location. They get loaner cars when they have their car in for service. We've used this dealership for service twice, no loaner car, even though there's several sitting on the lot. They don't even bother to wash my vehicle. The first time they couldn't even find my keys when I went to pick it up. If you want customer service that should be associated with owning a "luxury vehicle" go to Lexus or any of the others, but most definitely not this dealership.

Comment : I never took my car in for service or have done any business with this dealer... I just called for a price for a brake flush on a 2016 RDX and I was put on hold for a little bit... Was told it would be almost $100 more than a specialized, independent Honda shop who gave me a price immediately and had better vibes overall...
