Comment : I had a fantastic experience with the Fayetteville Acura dealership, especially working with Sophie! I came from out of town, but she made everything completely seamless from start to finish. Sophie was professional, responsive, and so easy to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready when we arrived. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and how smooth the entire experience was. She also took time to explain all the tech to me and make sure I was set before we left the lot! I Highly recommend this dealership and definitely ask for Sophie!

Comment : This center gave me an appointment for a test drive for one of their cars. I drove between two cities to get there and got to know the car was not available.

The sales person spent twenty minutes searching for the car (obviously he could have saved my time by asking me not to come), and got to know his boss’ wife took the car out.

It goes to show the boss could have been more responsible towards his customers.

Comment : We were shopping for a reliable vehicle for our daughter who attends college two hours from home. This was a very smooth transaction from the awesome salesman to the awesome loan officer! The loan officer was very helpful. He took time to explain everything and he was able finance the loan at a lower interest rate than what we were pre approved for!
