Comment : I went Saturday to look at cars. I went to the Fayetteville Autoplex where I was helped by Sophie Crane. Sophine is a sales consultant for the Acura dealership. She is very attentive and helpful. I really did enjoy her personality. She was very knowledgeable on all the cars at the Autoplex. She showed me Acura's, Honda's and Toyota's and was knowledgeable on all of them. If you're looking for a new car, I would highly recommend her. I also worked with their service advisor Jesse Davis. I had a issue with my car rubbing going over little bumps. Jesse greeted me as I walked in and had my car in the shop within minutes. I took my car in on Tuesday morning at 0830 and left at 0900 all fixed and happy. There sales manager Barry Coburn reached out to me yesterday just to make sure everything went well. I thought that was very nice of him. Barry is very genuine person. It was my 1st time buying from the Acura dealership, but I highly doubt it will be my last time. Thanks to everyone that assisted in my purchase.

They were both welcoming and friendly upon arrival and extremely knowledgable about the vehicles I had in mind. Comment : I randomly decided I wanted a new car so I called spoke with Barry and was connected with Cade and Sophie. 10/10 experience. Cade was able to explain the differences in the models and made the experience less stressful. I was at the dealership less than 2 hrs and was scheduled to pick my new car up the next day.

Sophie was there to assist me with technology setup, and any questions I had PLUS she set up my appointment for FREE window tint and gave a loaner.

The whole process was so smooth INCLUDING financing, the team was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.if you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend!
