Comment : The part (radiator) was not in stock and I had to wait three days for the car to be repaired. I am also angry that this issue was not detected at my oil change in early December 2023. The service was also extremely expensive. The service level and amenities has decreased since the dealership changed from Sierra Acura

Comment : Work explained well, completed in a timely manner, a bit of a disconnect between recommended work and completionseemed like the service manager went to lunch without alerting the mechanic once authorization was obtained. A bit expensive.

Comment : They never address all my concerns in one trip. They also have failed to fix the same problem since 2019. If you have a dealer closer to you, go there.

Comment : The recall work to replace cables should had taken 1 1/2 hour max, and the installation of the passenger buckle 1/2 hr max. It took them 4 hours to complete the job. I was very upset with the girls attending, not to their fault, but to the new management that appears to be guiding this dealership to the ground. To make things worse, rap music pollutes the ambiance.

Comment : Dealer wanted to charge $2,600 just to fix the driver seat. The motor was not working and they wanted to replace the entire frame and assembly. Im not sure if that was required but they immediately offered to reduce the fee $300, which tells me they were overcharging for this service by a lot.

Comment : I replied earlier, but glad to do it again ! I had a great experience. I appreciated the help, professional knowledge and kindness from PERLA SOTO! She greeted me and clearly explained what was going to happen to my car, and gave me an estimated time of completion! I have purchased several Acura cars at Acura of Alhambra, and all my cars were great and never gave me any problems. I always did the maintenance appropriately for all cars!
