The owner (Shy) provides a clear description of what needs to be done, gives an accurate cost estimate, and completes work on time. Shy seeks out appropriate replacement parts -- not always expensive OEM parts. Most important, I trust Shy to fix what needs to get fixed at a reasonable price.
