Issue, cost of repair and timeline was communicated timely and clearly. 5 days. All GOOD. I rented a car for this period. HOWEVER I had to call ACE the evening my car was supposed to be finished and was told the the part had been returned because it was unknown what vehicle the part was ordered for. I was told the part would be returned to ACE on Monday and possibly my vehicle could be ready the same day or the following. We shall see on September the 18th.
