This was our first time coming here after the dealership told us it would be two weeks before they could even look at our car. That simply was not doable since I rely on the car for work.

Garret stepped in and got us in immediately. From the start, the communication was outstanding. He kept us updated the entire time so we always knew exactly what was going on. No guessing and no waiting around wondering.

They ordered the repair part from the dealership, but the dealership actually sent the wrong part. Instead of that turning into a week long delay, Garret jumped on it, had the correct part overnighted, and got us back on the road the very next day.

On top of that, their prices on tires, brakes, and oil changes are fantastic.

Great service. Great people. Quality work at a great price. Garret took care of us like true professionals. Now we have a working car again and feel much safer on the road.

Comment : I recently bought my first car and noticed an odd noise when I went over speed bumps. Accurate auto was kind enough to look over my vehicle for free (and test my battery). They were unable to find it right away- so I dropped it off for a diagnostic and they found a rock wedged in my right lower control arm! Easily done within a few hours and they were prompt in calling me and assisted me in getting my car after hours (I work until 5pm when they close). They put in a substantial amount of labor going through my car and charged me an exceptionally fair price. Going to head back for regular maintenance from now on! Cannot recommend this team enough! Thank you guys.

Comment : They quickly diagnosed the issue with my wiper blades after the seal broken causing them to shake out of place and even went out of their way to ensure the parts I needed for the repairs arrived the same day. Making it so my repair only took a few hours. Excellent customer service! ??

Comment : Be careful about the upselling of their service. They did a good job on the service we agreed to, which included replacing the valve cover gaskets and PCV on a 2000 Toyota Camry. They recommended many other services, including replacing "1 - upper and lower rad hoses". For that they quoted $787.05. The two-hose replacement is easy to do, and the hoses don't cost a lot at NAPA. If they meant to include the bypass hose (which was not stated) then the job is harder, but not really since they replaced the valve cover gaskets, and the bypass hose is accessible as part of that approved work. Either they aren't communicating well, or some of their quotes are excessive.
