Comment : I was really grateful that the extensive repairs could be made over three days--Wednesday through Friday. That was really, really welcome. The only things that were not ideal is that final bill was several hundred dollars over the estimate--but I understand how that can be. Also, when I started to leave the region on Saturday for a long trip--lights went on again on dashboard. Not sure what that was about, but troubleshooted with friends, and we realized that a flat tire the week before on the passenger side rear led to a tire shop selling a mismatched tire (which I didn't realize at the time). I'm wondering if it was that tire which led to the transmission failure. We ended up buying two new rear tires before driving further. It's just one of those things, but I wonder if the shop might have realized that might have been the original issue. Car has been fine the past 3,000 miles, and I'm grateful for your help, and for the troubleshooting afterwards that led to the new tire purchase, I hesitate to think what would have happened if I hadn't bought new tires, and the mismatched tires ruined the work you all did.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : These negative reviews look so ridicules. Go hate the REAL bad guys! I have had the complete opposite experience, so.... I had brought my older, very high-milage '10 Fusion to Joe and family to have the transmission rebuilt, fluid was like burnt peanut butter, trashed! lol. What I paid is not anybody's GD business, when a skilled and trained professional performs life saving repair on a vehicle that would otherwise be blown to pieces, YOU PAY! Ford transmissions in the fusions are TRASH to begin with, his total rebuild had this car smoother and running better than ever- They even honored a warranty that was long expired for a minor issue that actually was related to some other non-sensical ford thing that we just have to live with, rather than any prior work. Pretty amazing people as far as I am concerned. 285,347miles and still rockin! Thanks Guys! David

Comment : Even though I arrived about 45 minutes before closing, the crew did everything to make sure I was back on the road before dark. I was on my way home from visiting family, frantic, didn't know anyone or have anywhere to go. They were awesome!
