Comment : I needed a smog check completed. After a quick check of places I might use, ACA appeared to be the best price and most convenient. When I arrived I was informed about a discount I was eligible for and was told they could help me shortly. The wait was less than I expected and my positive results had already been sent to the DMV! I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.

Comment : So yes they were friendly and gave me an estimate to fix my a/c but they were wrong. They said it was the condenser so I said ok, fix it. Picked it up, paid the bill but the a/c was still not working on the way home. I drove around the compressor wouldn't kick on so I took it back. I waited for my gf to pick me up, the guy, the mechanic, I presume got the keys to check out the car, as he walked by me in the waiting area he gave me a strange look, like mad dogging me, as if, Im to blame he didn't diagnose my car correctly. As a senior citizen, Vietnam Veteran I didn't appreciate it but it made me laugh because I just wanted my car fixed. I don't know if he thought I was MAGA or what, I just wanted my car fixed that's all. He should be happier.

Comment : I wouldn't have thought I'd be compelled to leave a review for a service station, but exceptional service motivates exceptional actions. I dropped into ACA on a weekday looking for a smog check without an appointment. I was greeted immediately and quickly given some minor paperwork to fill out, told that they'd be able to get to it right away, and that if I wanted to wander around a bit they'd be done in about 45 minutes. I had some work calls to be on, so I elected to stay in their waiting room instead, and enjoyed the breeze and lounged in a chair. In less than 30 minutes, they were calling me up to the counter to hand me my test results (passed) and to tell me to have a good day. It feels weird to say it about a smog check, but the whole process was quick, efficient, easy, friendly, and I might even go so far as to say... enjoyable?? Oh, and I used their restroom on the way out; and another thing I thought I'd never say about a service station's restroom: it was super clean and nice!

Comment : Some of the best guys around town. I used to have my own mechanic that I used for years, he was good however he worked by himself and it would take days to get my car back. I looked up ACA and when I first went there I knew this was my new forever mechanics. These guys are solid, specifically super friendly, approachable, and if i ever have any questions they never make me feel dumb about asking it, they're so informative. On top of the friendliness their customer service is stellar. I never have to wonder or ask when my car is going to be done, these guys are always on top of their communication. I feel also the prices are very fair for a big shop which shocked me too! Sal helped me out today and he was welcoming and knowledgeable. I know absolutely nothing about cars but I'm grateful I have this shop to back me up!

Comment : They were really nice, patient, they had free coffee at the entrance, and they also took my coupon. I had my first smog check and it didn't take as long as I expected/ was told it would take. Chill/ great experience.
