Comment : AC Automotive was easy to work with for our autobody work after an accident. First step was to make an appointment to get the car assessed followed by making an appointment to drop off and leave the car. They work seemlessly with Enterprise for car rentals. The make the call for Enterprise to pick you up while you fill out the paper work. When you come to pick up the car, Enterprise will bring you back. Work was done within the estimated time. All of the repairs and replacements look great and work great. It's nice to say it was a pleasure doing business with AC Automotive.

Comment : AC Automotive is hands-down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. I brought my car in for a brake issue, and from start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff is friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. My car was ready quicker than expected and runs perfectly now. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. If you’re in the West Hartford area, I highly recommend AC Automotive
