Comment : Was first time customer for spring maintenance deal offered via mailer. Done on my 17-yr-old beloved altima coupe that had always been cared for by dealer. From initial phone contact to set up appointment to personal interaction at reception desk with Matt to outstanding communications during the day to pick-up and payment.....5 stars all the way. The detailed mechanic assessment was nicely done. I have already set up next appointment. Pleasant and professional experience!!

Comment : ABS is professional and honest. Plus they are a family run and owned business. Matt made the effort to search through all my service papers in my glovebox to confirm a service from a different shop was done that didn’t appear in carfax. He found it!!! Saved me $$. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was kept informed the whole time. I highly recommend this repair shop.
