Comment : Couldn t have asked for a better experience. I brought my car in for new tires/alignment. It was very easy to schedule. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they even arranged for an Uber to get me back home. Matt kept me updated, no wondering, and no trying to track anyone down for a status update. They also reviewed my previous service records and told me what wasn t needed due to being recently completed. Very transparent and honest. Comment : Recommending all of my friends and family to ABS. I was about to get scammed by another shop so I checked with ABS. These guys literally send you a report with their assessment AND pictures so you know they are not lying. They re family run and I can tell they take care of their people. Please keep it up. Comment : If I could give this place no stars I would!! These people are scam artists. Unfortunately, I got a nail in my tire and I spoke to two Representatives. One seemed like a manager an old white guy with white hair. I didn't catch his name and a mechanic Hispanic curly hair, who both told me that my tire that was in 100% condition that my tire cannot be plugged from the looks of it. They never offered to take the tire off and look in more detail with the tire to see if it could be plugged from the inside of the tire. They said the tire cannot be repaired and I need to buy a new one or they said to put on my spare tire on and will cost me $60 which is a total rip off and they don't care about servicing the people just making a profit. After I made my way home to Maryland I found one of my go-to tire shops Paul used tires and they were able to not only give me a free of charge drill gun and a jack to have them look at my tire but they plugged it with no issues for $15! I recommend everyone to stay away from this place and don't give him your business, lousy service and no initiative to give a damn!! I hope they go out of business, they suck, straight con artists. Comment : I highly recommend ABS Unlimited Auto Repair. Everyone I have interacted with on the phone and in person has been very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable and organized. I would give them more than five stars because they even gave me a ride share home and back after dropping off my car so I did not have to wait there. I have been looking for a neighborhood shop that is not trying to hustle me for unnecessary service and parts, especially as a woman. I trust that they were thorough and honest with their inspection to give me a second opinion on repairs that I was told were necessary elsewhere. They even said I had some time, so I can better budget for when I get the repair done. I plan to go back for anything car-related in the future including oil changes and safety/emissions inspections, as long as I am in this area.
