When my engine kicked the bucket they not only provided me with quick, welcoming service, they also made special accomodations that greatly assisted me in my situation as I searched for resolutions. Comment : My first experience dealing with Aaron Automotive. I originally setup a potential tune-up with them. I was quoted over the phone a price that I was expecting. Once I finally brought my car by to have them do a 65 point inspection, they told me I didn???t need to spend all that money. They brought to my attention a few items I need to keep track of, some advice for keeping up with my vehicle between services. I am pleased with their honesty and helpfulness. Oh I almost forgot to mention they have complimentary shuttle service. Helped a ton!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Comment : I was really impressed by their communication and thoroughness. They were able to find an issue with my A/C that others hadn't been able to figure out and quickly fix the issue. Comment : Went in for a minor oil leak. Cost $168 without any service at all to tell me it would cost $3300 for gasket replacement! Insane!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Comment : Do not go to this place!!!!My fianc?? brought his 2008 dodge here to get the A/C repaired last year around this time. Fast forward to not even a full year later, it has gone out again. It???s not a big deal because we are under warranty so we bring it back. It took them 3 weeks to repair with us calling periodically to check on it and getting the run around. Always ??? this week??? or ??? tomorrow for sure???. Today we picked it up and now the hood will not stay open - which was never a problem before and he is missing the interior hood light.This is completely unprofessional and I hope they do not do this to all of there customers! Maybe they have new people or something? Idk but I recommend not coming here.Service: Air conditioning

Comment : Overall my experience was good given that Aaron Automotive is a new business in the area. I didn't know about the business until I found them in my Safe 2 Save app! I was able to redeem a discount on my oil change using my points and wasn't disappointed. What went well: 1) Very efficient. I was told to expect the oil change to take approximately 45 minutes, and waited only 20 minutes! 2) They took pictures of the exterior of my vehicle for record keeping purposes, including areas of concern which I appreciated. 3) Mats were placed in my car to reduce tracking dirt and debris into my vehicle. 4) Friendly customer service. They clearly care about their customers. What could have been better: 1) Even though pictures were taken of the areas of concern, I would have appreciated being shown where the concerns were. 2) As a follow-up to 1, I would have appreciated discussing the severity of the concerns as well.Service: Oil change

Comment : Had an older car that I wanted to get diagnosed and hopefully fixed. Team was very straight forward and timely. Ended up not getting the work done because it was more than I thought it would need and was more than I had originally paid for the car. Still very helpful team and was clear on all repairs that were needed. They did not overcharge or work on anything without my approval. Overall pleased with the experience even though I did not end up getting the car repaired.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic
