Comment : I took my car to you in hopes that you would do the right thing and fix my transmission. You did the complete opposite my car after a month is still not fixed properly and still not able to be used. I have been nothing but nice and understanding but after the stress that I have been through dealing with my car breaking down twice after you supposedly rebuilt my transmission and charged me 4562 dollars for and I still do not have a running car the bbb and attorney generals office have been notified by complaint. I now have to take my car somewhere else and pay them to fix it because you are incompetent to fix it. I am a manager of a hotel and would never handled my business the way you do. You robbed me of my money and have left me to deal with the issue of my car. I should not have to keep bringing my car to you multiple times be broken down on the side of the road pay for tows rental cars and many other expenses because you didn t fix my car the way you should have. You do not deserve to be a business owner and Rob people of there money and put them in situations like I have been in shame on you and your unethical way of being.I took my car to you in hopes that you would do the right thing and fix my transmission. Comment : So I supposedly had my rear differential fluid changed here last spring, and recently I noticed it was leaking so I took it to a private mechanic who changed the fluid and noticed that existing fluid was really dirty. Not sure if it really got changed or not if it did it wasn t done correctly. Because it was not cleaned around the pumpkin seal. It was all rusty, which was causing it too leak.So I supposedly had my rear differential fluid changed here last spring, and recently I noticed it was leaking so I took it to a private mechanic who changed the fluid and noticed that existing fluid was really dirty. Comment : I went in not knowing exactly where I was leaking trans fluid from and Joe promptly got me in the shop and addressed a gasket repair quickly. Two days later I noticed it was continuing to leak again (from a different area), called in to Joe and he yet again promptly got me in and addressed the issue. The part (small part/not costly), however came at no cost to me nor did the additional service work. You be the judge.I went in not knowing exactly where I was leaking trans fluid from and Joe promptly got me in the shop and addressed a gasket repair quickly. Comment : Unfortunately the transmission rebuilding skills here are terrible.I paid just under $2000 to get my truck transmission rebuilt here, when I picked it up I was told it was good to go. When we reinstalled it we had issues with it shifting, Bill gave us a used solenoid to try and that did fix it (temporarily)The transmission worked OK for about 4 months but shifted harshly, then after 4000 miles lost all forward gears. We brought it back and Bill did "fix" it again for free however it took 5 weeks. This time the transmission shifted worse than ever and lasted 100 miles and had to get truck towed again. They were apologetic when the issues were happening but I feel cheated out of $2000 and months of time dealing with this.Unfortunately the transmission rebuilding skills here are terrible.I paid just under $2000 to get my truck transmission rebuilt here, when I picked ???More

Comment : Update: I contacted corporate and the lady there told me that they don t have anymore employees working besides the one guy and I asked if they re going to close and she said, probably. I ll change this review if they make this right. It has almost been three months and I don t have a fixed vehicle. I got it back after one month and the transmission went out the same day. Also, all the dash lights were on (the only light that was on when I took it to them was a low tire pressure light). I had to have it towed back (at my own expense). I paid $6300 for them to rebuild my transmission. Now, anytime I call I get a message saying the number isn t in service. At this point I d rather just get my money back and take the loss on my van. I need a vehicle for work and for transporting my autistic son to school 45 minutes away. I could use the $6300 for another car.
