Comment : There’s honestly nothing negative I can say about Autoworx, I booked an appt for my shop van knowing the extensive work it needed, and expressing my very strict schedule (needing same day by 3:30pm) Professional & knowledgeable staff all around. A 7hr job with unforeseen issues across the board from my leasing company and the job still being completed in the timeframe.

Don’t waste your time searching just take your vehicle and work vehicles to Autoworx!

Comment : A substantial oil leak was discovered on my 2008 Ford Expedition during a routine oil change at another company who diagnosed the issue as either the oil pan or accompanying gasket/seal. At the same time, an oil pressure error was triggered. I went to Chuck and Chris at Autoworx Robinson, set an appointment to have the oil pan and gasket replaced, and was quoted a fair price for the expected work. Upon arrival for my appointment, it was discovered that the oil pressure sensor was the actual culprit. This turned out to be a far less costly repair than originally expected, and their honesty about the real problem I was experiencing is not only appreciated but is a breath of fresh air. Not many companies would make that quick a pivot in an effort to not only do the correct repair but also lose money in the process. They've EARNED a customer for life, and I would happily recommend them and encourage anyone I know to use them for their automotive service needs.
