Comment : Very helpful, very professional. I went in first thing as soon as they opened because my tire valve stem wasn t put in correctly from Walmart and Walmart was of no assistance for this. I noticed this place was getting ready to open since it was so early and tried them out and I am extremely glad I did! Problem is fixed, super quick, efficient, & friendly! I change my oil & things of that sort myself but I will definitely be back for all of my tire needs, thank you guys again for this morning.Very helpful, very professional. Comment : On October 23, 2024 I received a quote for my work truck to replace four tires rear brakes and rotors. The tires were Cooper Discoverer at3 lt size 265/70/17 on the quote.On October 26, 2024 I picked up the truck. When I got home, I realized the tires that were installed were not the tires I was quoted. They were 245/75/17 . They are smaller and I don???t like to look of them.I called to talk to the manager. He wasn???t in, they called him, and he said that those tires were on backorder.I was not called prior to this because I might have changed manufacturer or size tires , i was not given the choice.I called multiple times and I???ve not gotten a hold of the manager. There were messages left for him to call me and I stopped once and the lady took my information For him to call me.As of November 22, 2024, I haven???t received a phone call. I can???t keep wasting my time calling or stopping.I have two sets of tires to put on other vehicles. I will be going somewhere else to have them installed.I don???t think this review will do anything, but I haven???t gotten anywhere with phone calls or stopping in .The install was good and prior to this I got great service. They were quick to get it in And get it taken care of. They found both issues within a day.After fixing this last issue plus doing a little something extra for the van, they did not charge me for any of it. Seriously? This day and age? Comment : Very upset and disappointed and will never go there again. My truck was misdiagnosed so I paid out $1875 for nothing. Now I'm left with a truck that is not worth fixing at this point and if I would have known up front that it was my transmission and not what they said was wrong then I would not have got it fixed but instead I trusted them they fixed it and I am out the money. It was bad enough that I was told my truck was ready picked it up on Thursday only to be called within 5 minutes to come back that it was leaking They kept it another day then told me Friday it was ready I went to get it my truck it still did not seem right when I drove it and then Tuesday it quit on me again. I took it back to Bob summerall and asked to speak to a manager which I never did get to speak to a manager and then they called me the next day and told me it was my transmission and that I would have to take it somewhere else. It is completely not right I am out all that money and now I still have no truck to drive. They totally misdiagnosed the issue and I paid all that money for nothing had I known it truly was my transmission I would have not have paid all that money on a 2000 S10 truck. It's totally not right. I am disappointed in AAA as well since they approve this as their car center making it sound like it can be trustworthy when truly it's not.Very upset and disappointed and will never go there again.
