Comment : The front desk person jumped down my throat about waiting with my car after I scheduled out bc I told them I was gonna have to sit with the car bc so I left bc that's the power of a customer. I use to love this place but have seen it go down hill. Very sad. Take your vehicle elsewhere

Comment : I am extremely disappointed with my experience at AAA. We brought our vehicle in to have all four tires replaced and to have a new throttle body installed. Before bringing the car in, we did not have any issues with the tire pressure monitor, and we did not have any rubbing noise when steering or turning. After the service was completed, the TPMS/tire pressure warning came on, and now the vehicle makes a rubbing sound whenever we steer or turn left.

This is very frustrating because we have had our tires replaced before at Walmart and other auto shops, and we never had an issue with the tire pressure monitor afterward. This is the first time something like this has happened, and it started only after AAA serviced the car. We also had all four brakes replaced last year and had no brake issues before this visit, so I do not believe this is a pre-existing brake problem.

What makes the situation worse is that AAA is now trying to quote us over $200 for an issue that happened after they worked on the vehicle. That does not feel right. If a customer brings in a car without a TPMS issue or rubbing noise, and then those problems appear right after the service, the shop should take responsibility and inspect it properly instead of trying to charge more money.

I am also a AAA member, which makes this even more disappointing. I expected better service, better communication, and more accountability. We trusted AAA with our vehicle and expected it to come back in better condition, not with new problems and another bill.

At minimum, I believe the vehicle should be re-inspected at no additional cost. The tire pressure monitor, TPMS sensors, tire pressure, tire size/fitment, wheel torque, and the rubbing sound when turning left should all be checked. These issues were not present before the service, and they should not be treated like they are unrelated without a proper explanation.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this AAA location for auto service. If I were another customer, I would seriously consider taking my business elsewhere to save time, money, and frustration. As a member, this experience has made me question whether the membership is even worth keeping.

Comment : This a great asset to the community. I think a lot of people overlook this place as a great travel agency and a place to get an international drivers license. Additionally, they do car mechanic services.

Comment : DONT USE THEM! They fixed $3200 worth of parts and labor on my car. As soon as I walked in the FIRST THING the man tells me is that it sounds like my transmission is having issues. What? They happily ran up my bill on an older vehicle only to tell me that it might have other issues. That’s terrible. I would have made other decisions about the car had I known that BEFORE they did the work. They don’t care about customers, just making money.
