Comment : After seeing the previous 1-star review, I now realize this may be an ongoing issue with this shop. If I could give negative 4 stars like another review said then I would.

I had my car towed to this shop based on AAA Roadside Assistance's recommendation because the car would not start. They diagnosed it and told me the issue was the battery. I was then contacted and told that the alternator and drive belt also needed to be replaced. I agreed and approved the work.

After that, I received another call claiming additional work was needed. At that point, I declined. Money was never the issue for me—the issue was honesty. It felt like they were continuously adding components and repairs to increase the bill.

I ended up paying approximately $1,400 for the work they performed. I decided to pick the car up the following day, not even a full day later, and then received a call saying they were going to tow my vehicle or charge me storage fees. What kind of business does that to a customer who just spent $1,400 with them?

When I went to test-drive the car before leaving, I immediately noticed the steering was extremely stiff. I brought it to Ed's attention, and instead of addressing the issue, he repeatedly tried to redirect the conversation toward the additional services I had declined.

He then told me that they “might have taken something off and forgot” or “didn't put it back or tighten it.”

Even more concerning, I was then told that I would have to pay another diagnostic fee to determine what was wrong with the steering—even though this issue was not present when I brought the vehicle in and occurred after they worked on it.

If something was removed, left loose, or not properly reinstalled while my vehicle was being worked on, I should not have to pay another diagnostic fee to find out what happened.

That is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend doing your research before bringing your vehicle here. I personally will not be returning.

IF I WERE YOU AND I WAS READING REVIEWS TRYING TO DECIDE WHETHER TO USE THIS SHOP, I WOULD CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Comment : Stellar service! Strongly recommend this service center. Friendly and clear communication. They send pictures and a detailed list of your car's service needs prior to doing the service. I've never had such a great car service experience in all my life. I had a good amount of work done and they did a fantastic job on all of it, and in a timely manner. They went above and beyond!

Edit: forgot to mention the name of the person who helped me at the service desk. Her name was Laurel. She is an excellent communicator!
