Comment : Be careful coming here. I have been a few times and usually get my oil changed and get general maintenance. This time they told me I needed by brakes redone (pads and rotors), which made sense since my car is getting older now. I paid a good chunk of money for them. I waited all day for the brakes and then the next day when driving there was this horrible grinding noise every single time I even tapped the brakes. I brought it in the following day and they seemed careless for that fact that my brakes could be faulty and put me in harm. Thankful it was covered under warranty and I didn't have to pay another dime, but I questioned if there was further damage and they weren't very descriptive instead just telling me no. Hopefully there is no further damage to my car. They said that someone forgot to screw in a bolt all the way, great thats awesome to hear. Once fixed up there was barely a sorry or apology from the desk representative, one of his other coworkers had to say it for him. Disappointed in this place, especially with being a member with AAA. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Comment : After waiting for over an hour to have my car evaluated , I was told they did not do the work I needed. Interestingly , I was told that a technician started my car , listened to the exhaust and looked underneath from the ground. My driver was parked next to it and NO ONE EVER LOOKED AT OR STARTED MY CAR !!!

Comment : Only if I could give a 0 star. What a horrible and rip off technicians. I took my car for an oil change only because I have AAA membership. They called me saying that I need to do 3 diagnostics which will total around $600. I first thought it included the repairs but no they made it up and just wanted me to get diagnostic for the 3 issues which I later found 2 of them was not necessary at all! I couldn't believe it. SHAUN is written as the technician. I fixed the little leak with $200 by another mechanic, which would have cost me over 1500k if I did it with them because they literally wanted to replace the parts that worked just fine.
