Comment : 4/23/2025 Took my car to AAA Fairfax 9400 Main Street Fairfax VA on 3/28 and 4/9 for simple repairs - to stop slight coolant leak at one hose and power steering leak. Although I had an appointment - had to wait several hours. Got billed $186.19 and $187.06 respectively. On second visit had to interact with the Manager Mark O'Conner. Both visits were for the SAME repairs - as it had not been fixed. After the second visit - still not repaired - and may actually be worse. Was told they did almost nothing to fix either repair - in fact on the second visit Mark and technician Dean said they touched nothing. Mark sent through their system a refund of the charge for the second visit - $187.06 - but refused to refund the charge for the first visit of $186.19. This Manager was extremely rude and arrogant - in front of his employees - and told me "do not come back here". I been a AAA Premier Member for 24 years - have always found services very well done - until encountering Manager Mark O'Conner at AAA 9400 Main Street, Fairfax VA. This is a location and manager to avoid and I'm sure does not represent the organization. Still can't believe I was told "Do not come back here". They attempted the same repairs twice - fixed nothing - but billed me.

Comment : AAA Tire & Auto Service at 9400 Main Street Fairfax VA 22031 - has been the worst experience ever getting my car repaired. I took my car in for simple repair of a coolant and power steering leak - three times - and they have fixed nothing. The manager Mark O'Conner was especially rude and arrogant - right in front of employees. My last visit - I was told to bring the car in about 3:00 PM so they would have plenty of time to work on it - they looked over the leaks for no more than 10 minutes - touched nothing - and told me they wouldn't do anything more. I been billed twice for about the same amount - was told they guarantee their work - Mark agreed to refund one unsuccessful visit - but not the second. He also told me bluntly - not to come back. They said they saw the leaks - I brought in cardboard that showed where the leaks were - they said the hoses are fine - but they can't figure out how to repair my car. Seems simple - that if you can't fix something - you don't charge the customer !!! - me. Maybe Mark was having a bad day - don't know - but I've never encountered a manager like this - and I've been a AAA Member a long time. So I'm still waiting for them to refund charges for something they didn't do.

Comment : Great customer service, responsive, attentive, fast. I came in to get a new International Drivers License and it was fast and easy. I wish every sales experience I had was as good as the experience I had with Fredis Ventura. Thank you.

Comment : I usually never like to leave negative reviews but this was one of the worst services I ve gotten in regards to a simple oil change. I made the appointment online and received a confirmation appointment time. I come in on time for the appointment and am I told I can t use the online portal you have to call in all of our customers know to do that. I was then told to step to the side and allow people who made actual appointments take priority. After it was my turn I told them I needed an oil change and specifically requested to have them look at the windshield wiper motorsBecause of inconsistent wiper functions. About two hours later I see my car finished and pulled out front I waited about 10 minutes to see if I would get called over and of course did not. I walk up to the desk and don t even get an acknowledgment just the response of yeah your car has issues . I inquired about the windshield wiper motors and she assured me they were fine which of course they were not.I ended up taking my business to another shop and they immediately found the issue of needing to replace the motor and the connector since both had been fried. They also took the time to explain to me in detail what repairs my car needed so I understand what I was paying for.As a triple A member this was probably the most disappointing interaction I ve ever had with them. Comment : I am a AAA member and I have always done service ( that includes Major Parts ) in this Location, the Staff has been very Professional except on my encounter of this Manager yesterday and Today 12/27/2024, very rude & unprofessional. I just went yesterday & today to check as Air was leaking from my Tire ( which all I bought from the same location) as I explained that I am a member, this so called Manager said I don t care what Level of Membership but you can take an appointment after a Week with an attitude!!I am a AAA member and I have always done service ( that includes Major Parts ) in this Location, the Staff has been very Professional except on my encounter of this Manager yesterday and Today 12/27/2024, very rude & unprofessional. Comment : Not friendly attitude and say where did I see shop before come here is at aaa and I say nope I just ask can check why engine light came on after went shop Wednesday say everything will look good to go??? but say have to come back Tuesday seriously?! Just ask to see problems then figure on my own simple but whatever lousy services
