Comment : This is my worse experience. AAA will chase you to review membership and even review it automatically. They will chase you to get insure by them, but as soon as an issue occurs, the insurance will try to exhaust you by treating you as criminal. They want my phone logs, my social media log, all your info and bank statements to see if "I have MONEY." And the same discrimination will apply based on the way you approach them. Their investigators took a picture of me (even when there could find all my work and pictures on Google) someone in AAA digged in my LinkedIn account (yeah, I have almost 9,000 followers from all over the world as I was working for the French Doctors, Doctors Without Borders.) The worst part was the bully by the entire team and the state supervisor who was trying to intimidate me, bot knowing that no one could do so, even the rebels I met in Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan. They are pure jokes. I have issues remembering things and when I requested their headquarter's address she responded that I could find it on the mails they sent to me. AAA will send you tons of mails from insurances to membership renewal, call 100 of times, but yeah, I can't ask their address. I won't back down with them.

Comment : Seriously understaffed. They have one gentleman who is the initial contact person as you arrive but he also does all of the DMV paperwork transactions so it takea forever just to get to the front of the line and get checked in.
