Comment : Fixed a nail in my tire and didn't even charge me. I was just a walk in and they were the nicest people. Definitely take your car here.

Comment : Amazing appointment from beginning to end, which is not something I usually experience in the constantly overwhelmed car shops in this day and age.

The manager was courteous, had a positive attitude, and set expectations. And the communication leading up to the appointment was solid too: they talked to me a few times beforehand to confirm the right tires and the right sizes.

The same tires at other local places were $35-$40 more per tire. And being a AAA member knocked off a few bucks here as well.

Highly recommend as long as they keep the same associates and managers in place here.

Comment : Cannot say enough great things about this place. My car stopped accelerating on the highway and I barely made it to this shop. Both Susan and Ethan were so helpful and made sure I was taken care of. The mechanic, Ted, did such a quick diagnosis and figured out the problem quickly. Y'all saved me from a potentially horrible weekend. I appreciate the fantastic customer service and work.

Comment : Traveling from Ohio to Tennessee with 4 small children, my tire found a nail. Showed up unannounced seeking repair and Ethan quite literally saved the day. A+. Could not be more grateful for his help.

Comment : I brought my car here for a wheel alignment after replacing my inner and outer tie rods myself. They completed the alignment but told me that my ball joint would need to be replaced, and that once I replaced it, I could bring the car back in for another alignment if needed.

The problem is that when I left after that first alignment, my steering wheel was still crooked and there was no noticeable improvement in the way the car drove or handled. This made me seriously question whether the alignment was properly done in the first place.

About a month and a half later, after replacing the ball joint myself, I came back to have it checked again. This time I was told I needed a wheel bearing before they could proceed. At that point, I asked for a refund because the original alignment did not seem to correct my original steering issue and now I was being told there was yet another reason it couldn’t be done. My refund was denied, and I was told I could come back later for a “free” alignment…which isn’t free when I already paid for one.

What made me write this review months later is that during the first visit they also said they tightened up my tie rod work. Fast forward to today: while backing into a gas station, my tie rod popped out of the wheel assembly. Thankfully this happened while I was practically parked and not driving at speed…

Experiences like this are exactly why so many people are losing trust in mechanic shops. My advice to anyone with an older car: learn the repairs you can do yourself. Oil changes, batteries, brakes, and other basic maintenance are worth learning if they don’t require specialized tools. Save some money and learn a new skill.
