Comment : Had a great experience at AAA got my oil change there and they rotated my tires and did a couple other services. I wasn't there long and they have me some good recommendations on where to go to get some other work done.

Comment : El personal es amable hasta que pides cancelar tu pedido dentro de los 40 minutos posteriores a haberlo realizado; te cobraron 400 dólares. Acepté devolver el depósito de un dólar, pero el gerente de la tienda se negó. Dijo que ya habían hecho el pedido y que la pieza no se podía devolver al proveedor, sino que tenía que enviarse. Podrían haber llamado al proveedor y cancelado el pedido, y así no habría sido necesario el envío. El vendedor, S. Gadd, accedió a devolverme el dinero. El gerente de la tienda dijo que no podían devolver la pieza, así que no había reembolso. Nadie que conozca empresas que hacen negocios entre sí a diario sería capaz de hacer esta simple solicitud. 40 minutos después de pedir la cancelación, hablé con el gerente, quien se negó y me colgó el teléfono. Lo llamé de nuevo y me dijo que llamaría a la policía si iba a la tienda a quejarme. Es triste cómo un empleado puede arruinar un negocio y que el negocio lo acepte. NO CONFÍEN EN ESTE NEGOCIO. NO TIENEN INTEGRIDAD Y LES ROBARÁN. NUNCA LLEVEN SU COCHE ALLÍ. LA TARIFA POR HORA ES MÁS ALTA QUE LA DEL CONCESIONARIO DE COCHES CHEVROLET DE TOM GILL.

Comment : Correa de distribución rota
- Dijeron que el coche estaría arreglado al final del día, pero no recibí respuesta hasta el mediodía del día siguiente.
- Después de cambiar la correa y el compresor del aire acondicionado, me dicen que el aire acondicionado no funciona y me preguntan si funcionaba antes de llevar el coche. Les digo que sí y el mecánico me dice: "No te creo".
- Dicen que tienen una solución, que "tardará unas 2 horas". Cuatro horas después llamo y me dicen que siguen trabajando en ello.
- Llamo al día siguiente: "Siguen trabajando en ello".
- Finalmente me llaman y me dicen que no saben cómo arreglarlo.
- Tres días, 1300 dólares y me devuelven el coche sin aire acondicionado.

Este sitio es ridículo, sin duda el peor taller al que he ido.

Comment : ¡Cuidado, compradores! Busquen una segunda opinión antes de autorizar reparaciones aquí.

Llevaba seis años haciendo los cambios de aceite y la rotación de neumáticos exclusivamente en este taller. Durante mi último cambio de aceite, me informaron que faltaba la llave de seguridad de las ruedas y me cotizaron aproximadamente $600 para reemplazar las tuercas y poder rotar los neumáticos.

Posteriormente, mi coche empezó a dejar manchas de aceite en el suelo del garaje. Cuando les pregunté al taller por qué, diagnosticaron una fuga en el cárter y me cotizaron $900 para repararla.

El registro digital del cambio de aceite original se actualizó posteriormente para mencionar una fuga de aceite, pero esta anotación no aparecía en mi informe impreso, ni se mencionó al momento de pagar, ni se incluyó en la información digital original. Apareció solo después de que contacté al taller por el goteo de aceite.

Un segundo taller realizó una prueba con tinte y no encontró ninguna fuga. En cambio, se había derramado aceite por toda la parte inferior del vehículo durante el cambio de aceite y estaba goteando en el suelo. También reemplazaron las tuercas de las ruedas gratis mientras realizaban otros mantenimientos programados.

No volveré.

Comment : Just plain poor customer service. 11:00 appt for tire alignment. When I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 there were 4 men at the auto service check-in desks. 2 were on the phone and the other 2 ignored me until I asked for help even though I was the only customer in the building. I verified my 11:00 appt and said I would need to pick up the vehicle by 1:30 to go get my kids. The guy said that wouldn’t be any issue. I went back to pick up the vehicle at 2:15. Again there were 4 people at the auto service desks and 1 on the phone. 1 person ignored me and walked back into the service area. The other 2 guys ignored me, one of them said to the other “Do you think you can get that service done today? And the other jokingly said “maybe Saturday, haha” (it’s Monday). Once I was able to get someone to acknowledge my presence as the only customer in the lobby he told me they hadn’t started working on my vehicle. I asked if there was any good reason why and he was not able to give me any real reason just said that they could start on it now if I wanted. I said well I have to go get my kids now and that would’ve defeated the purpose of me making an appointment. So after organizing pick up and drop off from a friend and also getting someone else to go get my kids from school, I still wound up without having any service performed on the vehicle. Will not be going back here. I can’t believe Costco contracts with them because Costco is much better at Customer Service than that this.
