Comment : I went in for my ignition and left my spare key, on my return my spare fob only started my car. I was scared to lock my car because it wouldn't lock with the fob. I called at minimum 12 times to have their guy called Mike who synced my spare fob. I went to the dealer and they could not figure out what he did, but did take out my key from the fob so I could lock my car. I has been a month and still no response from them. They say he goes to different locations and I am assuming this is the same gentleman who did my friends car in Ohio because she too has the same issue with her fob also. If you have an issue with your ignition and you have a fob, I do not recommend going to AAA. I spent over $1600.00 and I can't even get them to have the guy come back to fix his screw up.

Comment : I had a shake in my wheel and almost $600 later it still shook. I was told I may need to replace a part soon. I went to a different shop and 15 minutes after i dropped it off they told me that was the part causing the issue. I had that replaced and the shake was gone. I wont be back. Friendly staff though.

Comment : Called in to get an estimate for my Tahoe for new tires, no wait time on the call which was nice. Manager Charles assisted me with picking out the best tires for me and what I was looking for in a tire. Price was great and affordable, work was exceptional. Dropped my car off and had it ready to go less then 2 hours. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here for tire/car needs. Customer service was the best- did not feel pressured into anything.

Comment : Couldn't find anyone to replace blown tire. AAA didn't have the tire, but said he would put it on if we found a tire. We did. He did. No charge! ( I slipped the kid $20)

Comment : Recently I started getting lots of error lights on my car. I was told that it was probably my alternator so my husband called to schedule an appointment. They were able to get us in quickly and when they looked at the car they found that it was the computer misfiring. They were so helpful and nice and I will definitely be coming back!
