Comment : Paul and the rest of the team were great. They were able to get me in the very next day and did an excellent job getting my Alfa Romeo taken care of. I had new Continental tires installed, front and rear brakes and rotors replaced, and an oil change completed, all within just a couple of days of my initial call. On top of that, they saved me nearly $3,000 compared to what the dealership quoted me for the same work. Great service, quick turnaround, and excellent pricing. This will definitely be my go-to place.

Comment : I hit a curb heading into work and put a hole in my tire. This location got me in at 3pm and had my tire replaced at 4pm. The price was fair. I will be coming back!

Comment : Was quoted a price & when I went to pay it was $267 more than the quote & was told pretty much for me to suck it up & deal wit it..... Now I've heard from a few def folks to not go there, they'll jack up ur quote, break things so u have to fix it, & sorry but the 2 men I dealt wit was terrible..... 1 was some form of management & he was contacting yelling & degrading his employees (which I will not put up with) again jacked up my charges, was very short, wouldn't explain,& just plain very rude..... I will NEVER EVER again go to that location, but honestly it has me weary to trust any AAA TIRES/ Bob Summeral..... I hope higher up management can put a stop to the price gouging, poor customer service,& most of all to b kind, less hateful, less screaming,& nvr again berate ur employees at all..... That makes for a horrible work place & it def makes us employees feel bad for the employees, but kinda scared too bn n such a hostile place...... They've def lost mine & all of my family & friends business..... & That's a minimum of 35-50 folks..... We would maybe think bout returning if we was 💯% assured these issues have bn completely resolved......
