Comment : In my 65 years I have dealt with more than my share of mechanics,service garages and service people. There aren't many(if any) better than Donell Washington at the 6971 e broad st branch. He was one of the most helpful guys around. I will recommend this AAA service center to everybody I know. If you're not a member of AAA you should join today. It will be the best money you ever spend. Again, kudos and thanks to Donell.

Comment : I live in Grandview and this location is not close to me but I will make the drive because the service here is exquisite. They are personable, helpful and go out of their way to make sure I have a good experience. They know me and my car and always explain what they are doing and answer every question in detail. Just great overall service!

Comment : I had two separate car issues and needed my car towed there and both times my car was fixed the same day. The staff are absolutely exceptional and very accommodating. Donell and his manager Robbie were absolutely fantastic and had me back in my car faster than I expected. Definitely recommend to people with car troubles if you need a reliable place with quality service and quick turn around time.

Comment : I experienced some of the most exceptional service I have ever had dealing with a major issue with my car. DONNELL was extremely professional patient and helpful he went the extra mile to make sure that my service was taken care of and all of my thoughts and concerns were heard as well as working with my warranty comp . I will not take my car anywhere else simply because of his customer care and the experience of my service.
