Comment : Had my vehicle towed to this location to repair a hose that was SUPPOSED to be fixed about a month ago. My vehicle sat unattended until YESTERDAY 7-15. And NO ONE CALLED ME, I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM! And now I'm broken down again!! I dont think they put coolant back into my radiator. So I'm MISSING WORK AGAIN. NOT HAPPY!!!

Comment : I went to AAA Reynoldsburg to get brakes done for NC trip for daughter’s college graduation, I drop the vehicle off, got a call 1 hour later stating they can't get one of the lugs off the tire. Will be an extra $200 to have cut or melted off, they finished the brakes the total $1100 dollars. Im driving to NC with my, up and down hills, I hear grinding noise going through 1st tow, they said it may grind for a while getting set in. I get to NC it's getting worse, going through parking lot of wake forest noise so bad it was embarrassing, wife and I very concerned. On the way back to Columbus getting more worse. Pull in drive way the bolt missing from caliper and it's handing on for dear life, I take it back to AAA they act like they doing me a favor to redo the job. I had a warranty. My wife and I are furious we could have been unalive because of faulty brake job. We told them we needed to be compensated. They guy said he have call his supervisor, 30 minutes later said he was in a meeting and will have him call back I go back the next day to pick up vehicle, as I'm checking the vehicle I notice a mangled lug nut on the wheel, the same lug they charged $200 to cut or melt off huh, I told to them to put a new chrome lug on it, ok it will be about hour because we have to order it. The supervisor never called. They are absolutely the worst I ever dealt with in my 60 years of life. I was ready to cancel my AAA towing service because they were the one who referred me. They said for our inconvenience we can give you 2 free oil changes. We told them to keep it, have your supervisor call ASAP. Never received a call, im never going back again. Before I had the brakes done we have previously spent $3000 dollars of work on 2 other cars with them. If you can't fix brakes, you straight up suck and need a career change.

Comment : I had my van towed by AAA to this service center 4-10-25 because my tire blew out on the freeway. I left it there for several hours assuming that they would replace the tire. They were supposed to call me when it was finished. I patiently waited but decided to show up 5 mins before they closed just to discover that they hadnt touched it because the tire had not been delivered. I removed the tire myself and found the tire at NTB and resolved the issue myself. The lack of communication skills is the reason that I will not return there. A simple phone call isnt that difficult.

Comment : Travis, the mechanic, checked my battery and was super knowledgeable. The manager Robbie was very professional and nice. Definitely returning with my business and bringing my families cars here as well.
