Comment : Check out their specials! I was able to get a FREE full synthetic oil change and pay only for the taxes $6.20. I received a full vehicle report, topped off fluids, tire rotation, too and in good timing!

Comment : Brought my car here to get fixed. For 1 they didn?t even know what was wrong with my car they said a whole timing belt for it not even to be that why my car wasn?t working, they half replaced my battery holder that I paid $200+ to get fixed by them. Two my car was sitting there and somebody hit my car and I called multiple times for them to tell me they are going to get back to me and never did. I would never bring my car back to them, I wouldn?t want anybody else to bring they car to them, I?m looking to getting a lawyer since I still haven?t heard back from them and they think it?s a game I don?t care if it?s an little scratch or big they was responsible for my car so

Comment : In my 65 years I have dealt with more than my share of mechanics,service garages and service people. There aren't many(if any) better than Donell Washington at the 6971 e broad st branch. He was one of the most helpful guys around. I will recommend this AAA service center to everybody I know. If you're not a member of AAA you should join today. It will be the best money you ever spend. Again, kudos and thanks to Donell.

Comment : I live in Grandview and this location is not close to me but I will make the drive because the service here is exquisite. They are personable, helpful and go out of their way to make sure I have a good experience. They know me and my car and always explain what they are doing and answer every question in detail. Just great overall service!
