Comment : I visited this location last Friday after receiving a repair estimate from a dealership that quoted me over thousands of dollars in recommended services for my Sonata. Based on what the dealership told me specifically about needing a new tie rod and a wheel alignment I wanted a second opinion and possibly a better price.

AAA inspected my car and gave me honest feedback: it was actually in great condition and only needed a few things done, not everything the dealership claimed. They fixed the necessary issues and did an excellent job. To top it off, I ended up paying only half the cost of what the dealership estimated!

While the visit took almost half the day due to a part needing to be shipped in, the staff was kind, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated their transparency and quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back to AAA Polaris for future repairs and maintenance. Thank you again!

Comment : My wife went to this store for oil change plus free tire rotation. But they haven't done the tire rotation. forget about that they haven't even filled air in the tire. I know they didn't do the tire rotation as one of my tire is loosing air and it had low air. Now i doubt did they even change the oil? - Disappointing they think customer has now way to check so we can just say its done

Comment : For years, this was my go to place for car repairs but not anymore. I was told the place was sold and it has been going downhill for a long time from the quality of the work to the employees. Someone else is getting my business now.

Comment : Your employees just ordered 4 tires on DoorDash. My daughter sat in the store for 20 minutes waiting on them to get the tires to her then had to load them into her car drive all the way to your establishment and no one not one of your employees could bother to help her unload them out of the car. No tip and guess how much she got paid for Loading and unloading 100 pounds of tires. $10. Let me spell that out for you TEN DOLLARS. Are you kidding? I will never do business with this company. Comment : It took bringing the car in on three separate occasions for them to find out what was draining my battery - the fan relay. My issue is that I told them this was the problem all along, because every time my battery was jumped the fan came on right away.As a woman and someone over 60, they seemed to completely dismiss what I was telling them until they finally witnessed it themselves. I went through almost two months of inconvenience and having to have my car jumped many times. They also apparently have only one mechanic, because when he caught COVID, I had to wait till he was better to bring it back in. Comment : They always do quality work here, but the customer service in December '24 was the absolute pits. I never made eye contact with the associate that took my keys because he was hidden by two computer monitors the entire time. They did not give me a mileage sticker on my windshield, and they didn't even lock my car (I picked it up the next day). Comment : These men just changed my life and made my wholeeeee year 100x better!! God is so good and this is the BEST STORE in Columbus, Ohio! Hands down wouldn t recommend no other store beside THIS STORE!! Best service & a Great staff! Trust me.
