Comment : I decide to try this repair shop to fix a warning displayed on my dash. They quickly identified the problem and ordered the necessary part. The next day the part was installed at which time another issue was identified and fixed at no extra charge. Steve did a great job keeping me informed on the status of the repair.

Comment : I’ve been referred to this place by Costco for wheel balancing of my 2011 Toyota Highlander. I asked them to see do I really need wheel balancing? They inspected my car and saved my money by saying I don’t need it. However they said I do need to replace my front brakes which I knew it was due in few months. I’ve got it replaced yesterday. They installed premium parts at reasonable cost.
Now, they’re my go to auto shop forever.
Very honest and helpful people, from front desk to mechanics, everyone. Highly recommend.

Comment : Brakes on a 2016 Subaru were not installed properly. Fortunately, they made a noise that bothered my wife and we took it back. Only to find out that the front brakes and rotors had to be replaced after less than 1000 miles and a couple of months use! The manager was apologetic and had another mechanic do the job correctly but it is hard to trust them for reliable work. Faulty brake installation is a deal breaker. We live nearby and just moved to the area but will go back to the dealership in the future.
