Comment : Brakes on a 2016 Subaru were not installed properly. Fortunately, they made a noise that bothered my wife and we took it back. Only to find out that the front brakes and rotors had to be replaced after less than 1000 miles and a couple of months use! The manager was apologetic and had another mechanic do the job correctly but it is hard to trust them for reliable work. Faulty brake installation is a deal breaker. We live nearby and just moved to the area but will go back to the dealership in the future.

Comment : Dishonest service is what you'll get from here!! They were supposed to change our oil and rotate tires but I'm 100% sure tire rotation wasn't done. Which now makes me question if they even changed the oil. I asked the guy 3 times if they had completed both since it took them about 1/2 hour to finish our car. This would be possible if they had more than 1 technician but they had already told me they only had one and he was busy so I assumed I would have to wait a while. After getting back in my car I checked tire pressure because I took a picture recently due to them being overinflated after winter. Sure enough the same front tires which had the highest number was still there! Shame on you for lying to customers and stealing their money. I fully intend to take my car back to our regular place to have them check the oil and filter because I no longer trust your business.

Comment : I visited this location last Friday after receiving a repair estimate from a dealership that quoted me over thousands of dollars in recommended services for my Sonata. Based on what the dealership told me specifically about needing a new tie rod and a wheel alignment I wanted a second opinion and possibly a better price.

AAA inspected my car and gave me honest feedback: it was actually in great condition and only needed a few things done, not everything the dealership claimed. They fixed the necessary issues and did an excellent job. To top it off, I ended up paying only half the cost of what the dealership estimated!

While the visit took almost half the day due to a part needing to be shipped in, the staff was kind, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated their transparency and quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back to AAA Polaris for future repairs and maintenance. Thank you again!

Comment : My wife went to this store for oil change plus free tire rotation. But they haven't done the tire rotation. forget about that they haven't even filled air in the tire. I know they didn't do the tire rotation as one of my tire is loosing air and it had low air. Now i doubt did they even change the oil? - Disappointing they think customer has now way to check so we can just say its done

Comment : For years, this was my go to place for car repairs but not anymore. I was told the place was sold and it has been going downhill for a long time from the quality of the work to the employees. Someone else is getting my business now.
