They are professional and the price is reasonable with membership and offers. It usually takes one hour to change the oil and check everything. There are free coffee and WiFi in the waiting area. Comment : I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the work your company performed on our 2014 Honda CR-V, which we brought in twice in January. Despite reassurances that the problem had been resolved, we continued to face significant issues that could have compromised our safety.We live in Toledo, and our 19-year-old daughter attends Ohio State, so she frequently drives the vehicle between these locations. Given the nature of the errors, we are particularly alarmed by the potential risk involved. Specifically, a screw was placed incorrectly with a routine brake installation, and incorrect lug nuts were used both of which are deeply troubling and raise serious concerns about the quality of the repairs. Comment : This place will scam you! Went there for free oil change and wasn't free! Even though online stated it was. Also claimed 5 different things wrong with car. Took to another garage who stated that only one thing was wrong and nothing else. Instead of 2000 quoted by this place, spent only 500 somewhere else. Will lie and tell you things wrong with your car that are not!!!! Disgusted with the lies told by this place!This place will scam you! Went there for free oil change and wasn't free!
