Thank you for your service 1 Reviews Nova night Columbus, OH Reviewed : 09/27/2025 Comment : Held my vehicle for 2 days before they’d even look at it. Tried to get me to replace fuel pump, When it was really that the Gas gauge was stuck. No repairs were made and diagnosis was cut short due to a lack of professionalism from technicians and staff. At one point I can recall an employee yelling across the lobby “get their money” from the first interaction with the “lead technician” every interaction with staff grew more hostile until I called for a new tow truck so I could take my car home and diagnose and fix the issue in my driveway. I want to drive home the point that No repairs were necessary and you tried charging me 1,500 for work that didn’t need to be done and incorrectly diagnosed this work (which wasn’t free either) this was by far the least professional and worst service I have ever received from a shop. I have never had my last words leaving a shop be curse words until this day. 1 Reviews Ava towle Columbus, OH Reviewed : 09/26/2025 Comment : I have been going to this AAA for years and every time they take amazing care of my car. I even recently went in to fix a mistake from a different body shop (not AAA) and they fixed the other people’s mistake for free! AAA on Bethel is the only car shop I will ever go to again! & the staff is always so friendly and helpful. 1 Reviews Wayne hawkins Columbus, OH Reviewed : 09/03/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Emily collins Columbus, OH Reviewed : 08/06/2025 Comment : My son, a AAA member, brought his 2015 Honda Accord to this shop due to slow starting issues. After performing a diagnostic, they told him the alternator and air conditioning system needed work, among other things. He asked what was absolutely necessary to get the car safely back on the road and was advised to replace the alternator and serpentine belt. He agreed, and they completed the job—charging him $1,200 for parts and labor.Unfortunately, just two hours after bringing the car home, it wouldn’t start again. He had to have it towed back to the shop, where they quoted an additional $1,400 for more repairs. There was no apology, no explanation for why the issue wasn’t properly resolved the first time, and no offer of any accommodation or accountability.Extremely disappointed with the service. It felt like a waste of time and money. He ended up taking the car to another local mechanic, who fixed the issue for $600 less. Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and poorly communicated. 1 Reviews Debbi waddell Columbus, OH Reviewed : 08/01/2025 Comment : Overall nice and will fit you in on short notice. Very busy place. Pricing is high and I'm a AAA member. That's supposed to save money. 1 Reviews J.d. brink Columbus, OH Reviewed : 07/10/2025 Comment : Had previously rated this location very high after a repair. Repair took longer than expected but understandable. The same problem with the vehicle that was allegedly repaired has occurred requiring a tow to another facility. The new facility located the true issue and repaired. I would not recommend this location for repairs and will not be visiting again. 1 Reviews Linda gordin Columbus, OH Reviewed : 06/24/2025 Comment : Been waiting 9 hours .. AAA pays you . I pay them . And you know you charge top dollar... Errr. 1 Reviews Pavitra l. Columbus, OH Reviewed : 05/30/2025 Comment : Short Story: Poor coordination, long delays, and lack of communication. Even with AAA discounts, the cost was high and no support like ride or rental services was offered. The experience was frustrating and unprofessional. We won't be returning. Very Long Story: First Visit (Diagnostic Only): We booked an appointment for 8:30 AM, but the email confirmation showed 12 PM. After chatting with an agent to confirm, we were told 8:30 AM was correct--already a red flag for poor coordination. We understood that diagnostics can take time, but we received no updates the entire day. We had to call them ourselves at 3 PM just to learn that the diagnostic was finished and they were preparing a quote. After waiting another 2 hours, we received a text-only estimate of $3,000. It was unprofessional--no itemized breakdown, no explanation, and no email follow-up. Because of the delay, we couldn't proceed with the repair that weekend. We were charged around $100 for the diagnostic, which we were willing to pay--but it was disappointing because we had planned to get the car repaired with them. According to AAA's promotion, the diagnostic should've been free with a repair, so we didn't expect the charge. That left us a bit upset. Second Visit - Actual Repair: Still, we decided to give AAA another chance. We dropped off the car on Thursday and clearly told them we would pick it up Friday at 9 AM. Even though they said the work would only take "a couple of hours," we gave them the entire day just to be safe and rented a car at our own expense. However, when we arrived at 10 AM on Friday, we were shocked to learn they had just started working on our car--even though we had a confirmed appointment with them. They told us the repair didn't begin until Thursday evening, which they never informed us about. We returned again at 1 PM, only to find the car was still not ready. They said it was out for a test drive that had already lasted over 40 minutes. We had no choice but to wait--and ended up being late for work. 1 Reviews Pavitra laohapaisan Columbus, OH Very Long Story:First Visit (Diagnostic Only):We booked an appointment for 8:30 AM, but the email confirmation showed 12 PM.
