Comment : I can’t say enough about this location. Molly Lolly Is the best insurance agent in town. she is always willing to help me, return calls, and get the best price. Once she is your agent, you will never go anywhere else. Yes they sell insurance.

Comment : I feel terrible. I couldn’t remember the woman upfront at the desk who helped me find plenty of information on the state Park. I’d like to visit, but I just wanted to thank her for her assistance and knowledge on helping me decide where I want to travel next, it was a mature woman Short in statue, and she was very welcoming! I look forward to utilizing AAA services for my next travel destination! Thank you

Comment : I drove to this location after being told by someone over the phone that this location & others across town will allow me to purchase amusement park tickets.

Got to the location to find out they do not.

Communication can improve a lot.

Comment : My car broke down right in front of the AAA office. Even though I was 30 miles from home, Kent arranged a complimentary Lyft ride for my wife and I back home while they took care of my car. They were able to diagnose and repair my car the very next day. The team at AAA Gahanna did a great job on my car and even gave me the AAA discount on the labor. Couldn’t have worked out better!
