Comment : I have been to other AAA car care locations in Columbus and this one is by far the worst. No updates on the status of my car after a week, on hold for hours over the course of that week trying to get them on the phone. Do they just not answer? Is it a staffing problem? They also tried to push me to get new tires, without explanation, that I don t need. Comment : Got my car towed here because AAA said I would get a 20% discount. My car sat here for over 2 weeks and never got looked at. I called everyday and they continuously said they should get to it soon. Finally got fed up and towed my car to another shop. Do not take your car here, unless you want to be with a car for a month. 0/10 worthless establishment.

Comment : First off these people had my car for 2 days! They messaged me towards the end of day 1 saying they were dealing with many tow ins and couldn't get to my car and would be finished the next day. I call around 3pm day 2 and they hadn't even touched it yet and had no idea why it was even there. Miscommunication, but never attempted to contact me to ask.... But they would now get on it and it'd be ready for me at closing. Free oil change next time for inconvenience.. When I finally went to get in my car I was repulsed to find grease and whatever else smeared all over the inside of my light grey interior. Absolutely disgusted with their service I complained to the one person left there for the day but she only offered that I bring it back for them to clean the next day... Never brought me any paper towels to sit on, nothing. I was was still trying to clean up what I could when she left. She wouldn't even look at me on her way out as she pulled out of the parking spot next to me. And pretty sure they didn't fix my brakes. Charged me for the job but didn't do a thing with them... I basically paid them $400 to destroy the inside of my car.

Comment : Really friendly service, I called before going to ask about IDP, was given all the necessary info. Went into the store, got my photo taken for the IDP, speedy process and very friendly person helping me. Store was clean and big, lots of maps and information for general travel as well. It was a great experience, would recommend!
