Comment : I was very happy with this repair shop. My van overheated while in Columbus and was not drivable. They did all they could to get me up and running, especially since I was from out of town. It did take a couple days to get the needed parts, which couldn't be helped. They did repair my vehicle in a timely fashion, and it has been running great since. The lady that took care of ordering the parts and keeping in contact with us was excellent. She is a great person and professional. I would use this repair shop again if needed.

Comment : Reluctantly made an appt here (being a AAA member) because my son had a poor experience with this specific shop (misdiagnosis)... only to arrive 10 minutes before an appointment to be told I was now in a cue and to hand over the keys. For an oil change. So what's the point of an appointment?! Onward ... and elsewhere!

Comment : Charged 40% more than dealership AFTER taking 29 hours to do a routine fluid change. Only got updates if I called them. No quote given as well just did everything and upcharged like crazy. Avoid.

Comment : I made an appointment for a 10:30 oil change. I had an amazing coupon to get it done for free. I was there at 10:15 to wait for my car. The attendant offered me a ride home and back with a Lyft driver. I went ahead and took the ride home when she said it would be a few hours. I tried calling at 4:30 and was on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally got a text at 5:00 stating my car was done. I spoke with Denise at checkout and told her the wait was not acceptable. She explained that they had 15 cars towed in that day along with all of the appointments. Uggh. She offered me a discount for my next service. Great value with the coupon. Time or money is the big question on whether I will be back.

Comment : I?ve been coming to AAA Car Care Plus for about 15 years now, and for the most part it?s been great service. BUT lately, there have been more and more mistakes. Most recently I had them replace my oil filter housing. I trusted them to get it done right, but after a week of driving my car is leaking quite a bit now. I?m really disappointed on how far the quality of service and communication have fallen with this garage. I?d hate to look for a new garage, but I?m afraid I?ll have to start soon.

Comment : Everything they dont let you know what is wrong with your vehicle. You have to keep calling and when they tell you they are goung to fix something days later when. You call they tell you they cant fix it and you will have to take it somewhere else

Comment : i was on my way to church services on February 1. The care went haywire. I got home. I called roadside service they came when they said they would be there. I had the car taken to Grandview AAA. They were extremely busy due to the bad weather. To make a long story short my car was serviced on Tuesday and I was able to pick it up on Wednesday afternoon after work. It was a valve and serpentine belt issue. It was repaired. Going to work on Thursday morning, the battery and engine light came on. I took it back to Grandview. As BUSY as they were they bumped me to the front of the line. It seems the belt had come off. They ordered the part needed. I was able to wait for my car. Denise, the Manager, offered me a ride home and pickup when the car was ready, but I declined. I was there so I waited but I appreciated the offer. The problem was resolved and I was able to leave with only 3 hours down time. They were very concerned about ME. I want to state the car is 18 years old. The reason I have had the car for 18 years is the service I have received at AAA. Denise and Jordan and my mechanic Tyler were most helpful, and courteous, kind and never, never, ever complained when I had to bring the car back. I am a senior citizen, and I greatly appreciate the concern and care not only for my car but for me. I have been a loyal AAA customer and will continue to do so. I am planning on getting a new car this Spring and wanted this car to hold out until then. Now, I know it will. I will be bringing my new car back to AAA for all my future checkups and service. it's a GREAT TEAM. Mary E. Krecsmar

Comment : Very satisfied with this business. It was easy to schedule car service, and they helped defray the cost with discounts. I very much trust their car services. I've been using this location for car service for years, and I am delighted with their new space and the additional travel services they offer. Their staff has been a main reason I keep coming back to this AAA location. Its location is tucked away but it couldn't be more convenient to find.

Comment : Dropped my car at 11:30 am for a same day service, called in for a status update at 2:30 pm and was told they were working on it. Cut to 6:30 pm-- the shop is closed, nobody has called me, I don't have my car, I am stranded at a Starbucks and have places to be. I WISH I had read the reviews before bringing my car here. I will NEVER use this location again and I'm very close to canceling my membership.

Comment : The building is beautiful and new the people are professional and nice, but wow you sure pay for it! The service was okay, but for the uber premium price you would think the details like resetting the oil change light or oil change sticker or putting my car in a secure are (like they said they were doing) would have been done.
