Comment : Ich habe auf dem Weg zur Arbeit zum Fr?hst?ck angehalten und bin mit einer leeren Batterie zur?ckgekommen 😫. Der f?r meine Anfrage zust?ndige AAA-Techniker hat mein Auto gestartet und mich zu diesem Servicecenter begleitet, wo sich zwei Mitarbeiter im Gesch?ft sehr um mich gek?mmert haben – beide waren so h?flich und geduldig (ich w?nschte, ich h?tte eine Karte mitgenommen, aber das habe ich nicht – deine Freundin war ganz sch?n nerv?s, okay?!)

Wie dem auch sei, ich war innerhalb einer Stunde nach meinem Stopp mit einer neuen Batterie wieder unterwegs; dieses Servicecenter und die Mitarbeiter haben aus einer ungl?cklichen Situation ein angenehmes Erlebnis gemacht.

Ein gro?es Lob an dieses Team 👏🏽

Comment : I have nothing but nice things to say about AAA. It was so easy to get my car towed to my first repair shop (Carmax). After finding out Carmax had no availability for weeks, I called this Dublin location and they said they could assess my vehicle tomorrow! I wasn’t charged to tow it a second time to this AAA. After briefly assessing my vehicle and discussing that it wasn’t worth repairing, they were kind enough not to charge me because they felt they didn’t do a thorough assessment that warranted a fee. It really surprised me and they stated that my future business with them was more important! It was very generous. I was grateful because I wasn’t expecting my car to break down so soon. Additionally, I was leaving out of town the next day and they said it was completely fine to leave it in their parking lot since I couldn’t get a tow truck scheduled before I left. I will definitely be back for future needs.

Comment : I had an appointment and after 45 min my car hadn’t moved, so I asked for me keys and left. I understand getting behind, but let people know before they drive 30 minutes to a scheduled time. It’s not easy to go without a car and I knew waiting as long as I was, was going to lead to having to leave my car overnight. If you don’t have time to call people and tell them, then at least let people know you are behind when they drop their car off. If I hadn’t asked about my car not moving, who knows how long I would have been sitting there.

Comment : Left my truck there for an oil change, serpentine belt, and shocks. Came back 2 1/2 hours later and it had not moved. They suggested picking another appointment where I could leave the car for the whole day. Don’t think so.

Comment : Mitchell helped me understand more about the type of headlight I would need. After getting the run around at many other places, Mitchell has retired my faith in the car care industry. I wasn’t a AAA member before this, but Mitchell inspired me to become one and to use AAA in Dublin for all of my car care needs.

Comment : It is challenging to find a place like this. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and honest. They provide comprehensive explanations. Yesterday was my first visit, and I intend to continue visiting for my regular car care needs.

Comment : Triple A Members be aware of this Triple A Auto Service Center.Twice They messed up my appointment. Also beware they make you take an upgrade to Synthetic Oil under the pretext they don't carry standard oil.
