Comment : Dropped.my car off for an appointment to check out my tires. They said i have nothing wrong with my tires and no holes. I picked up my vehicle and my tire was very low, and almost flat while trying it back to my apartment. Just pure laziness in my opinion. I will never come back, but its not like they care anyways. They were too "busy" to take a second look at my car.

Edit: I eventually took my car to a different place and they told me I had a screw in my tire. Triple A told me there was nothing wrong with it. Wow.

Comment : My car was dropped off on Saturday after getting stranded roadside. I called Monday to speak to someone about next steps and no one answers on service side. The one rep transferred without notifying how long hold time is. There automatic call back no one calls back and no time frames are provided to how long you will wait to just speak to someone about your vehicle that is already in their possession.

Comment : Why people dont like AAA for service. They dont pick up phone, and put you on hold for hours. No clue on products, pricing. Hence people go.some where else. Except road service support. AAA care plus is slow service. Dublin OH office never answers phone and puts u on hold.

Comment : It took them two whole days to fix 1 tire and change my brakes. It shouldn't take that long. They said they didn't have all the parts. And then my tire pressure light was still on the car. They didn't know how to fix it. I can go figure out how to turn the light off myself...

Comment : If I could give 100 stars I would. Raquel and her team helped my daughter and her boyfriend in a very sticky situation. They were stranded in Dublin during their road trip from New York to Arizona. After recently purchasing a used truck from someone in New York, they lost the ability to brake and rear ended someone. I called AAA Auto care and Raquel schedule the appt right away. After towing it into their shop, they were able to see that the entire truck was so rusted that the brake lines were leaking a multiple locations from the rust damage. They verified the truck was not safe to drive. The entire braking system was falling apart. The man that sold my 18 year old daughter and boyfriend told them the truck was safe. The entire truck was falling apart due to rust damage. They did not charge us for their time and they also allowed us to keep the truck there until we can figure out what the next step is. Thank you again AAA auto care for all your help, my kids were able to make it home safe in a different vehicle. Happy Holidays!
