Comment : Floyd and Chris always get me in and out quickly and are good about communicating when the unexpected emerges. They also spend time trying to apply all the AAA discounts you might have missed, too! Yves has worked on my car the last few times and I have no complaints. Honest and professional staff! What more could you ask from a auto repair?

Comment : Traveling from Wisconsin on my way to a wedding, when the brakes on my 2004 Yukon went out. Being stranded in Columbus was very stressful, and trying to find someone to do repairs was difficult until I spoke with Floyd at this AAA shop. He was kind enough to listen and was able to work me into their schedule and help me out. Not only did they fix my truck, they did it at a reasonable price. Can???t say enough good things about the help Floyd and Chris in the office did, but also the great work by their mechanic David. Would recommend this shop highly. Thanks again to the team for getting me back on the road.

Comment : GO HERE!!! If you need to get anything done on your car, go here. Floyd is amazing with customer service and very communicative about what you need. What has sealed the deal for me was when they told me I DIDN’T need the service I asked for! I went in for new brake pads. I had gotten work done on my car a couple months ago (somewhere else) and paid more than I wanted. They suggested I leave it another day to get my brake pads done, but I just wanted to go home and stop spending money. Eventually (this month) I figured I should get those done before a long drive coming up. After taking my car back and checking it out, a tech comes back out and asks if I’m having any particular problem with my brakes. I told them no, just that I was told they needed to be done. He hands me an ipad with a picture of my brakes and says “your pads are fine, they’re 8mm. Brand new is 12mm so we can change them if you insist but there’s no need.” I told him I had no idea what I was looking at, and he explained the picture as well. My bill went from an estimated $591 to $70 for an oil change that I was going to get done anyway. These folks saved me a lot of money and easily could have taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge. The fact that they did not, and were very transparent with the process, has made me a customer for life. Plus the AAA discount for members on labor is amazing. I knew I could trust AAA, but these guys were beyond expectations. Give these guys your business!!!

Comment : I was in an incredibly tough spot last week, financially and mentally drained from it all when I called this place. When I say I've truly never had a buisness assist me like this place has I mean it. The relief I feel after dealing with the people here is immeasurable. I want to thank Floyd and all the other guys who worked on my car this week, you guys rock and are a shining example of why I will keep my AAA membership for life.

Comment : Got a flat on 70. Response time was great. Ben was fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would get a flat here again, although hopefully not.
