Comment : Tried to change my alternator and couldn't. Was trying to take out wrong hex/star bolt apparently. Put everything back together and took it to AAA and they someone stripped the bolt and they can't change the alternator. Took it to my mechanic and he said the hex/star bolt was the wrong one I was trying to take out. Someone stripped the bolt right next to it. I didn't touch it that bolt. Didn't even see it. Alternator has never been changed on the car. AAA was the only one working on it before I took it to my mechanic. Only reason I took it to AAA was because my mechanic is 1 hr and 10 minutes away. They messed up on service and made me figure it out.

Comment : Wish I could give it a 0. Had my car towed here with a flat. Told me it was only a valve stem, replaced it and sent me back on the road. Got a few hundred feet and received a warning light from tire pressure system. Took the car back and explained the issue. Said they only had to top it off with air. Drove straight to the place I got new tires from earlier this year and they inspected with the soapy water test and showed I had a gash in the tire. This place basically sent me off with the very same flat tire I got the car towed in with. They apparently cannot inspect tires and will put you in a potentially dangerous situation if you rely on them. Also the refund process is a nightmare on top.

Comment : They tell you that there is no commission on a currency exchange but what they do is mark you dollars down instead, it's a different way of charging the customer so don't be fooled. Check the exchange rate and do the math and you find out you're getting short changed! Use your credit cards if you're traveling, I found that's the only way you're not getting cheated.

Comment : Very helpful staff. I came looking for a toll tag that they don’t carry. This was NO fault of AAA as google searches show they have it and I didn’t call to validate. Turns out they never have.
We are customers of AAA and they are always so friendly and helpful.

Comment : With a 1030 appointment for an oil change and arriving at 1015 to check in I expected this to be a done deal. I was repeatedly asked if I was getting a ride and coming back for my vehicle after confirming I would be waiting for my truck three times. As frustrating as that was, I was told it would be “easier on them” if I dropped it off.🤨 What does my presence have to do with changing my oil???? As a 26 year military veteran STILL on active duty, if my presence is a problem for you, then my money is a problem too! I will NOT return to this AAA location and will instead secure my service with the Marston, NJ location where they know how to treat you!
