Comment : Their Identogo services needs to fix their website and their staff need to be able to do more to help. And instead of just telling customers that they're aware of the website issue but nothing can be done, they need to have a voice to get it changed.

Comment : I'm a AAA member so I thought it would be cheaper to go here. It definitely isn't. I took my jeep here because it was overheating, they charged almost a $200 diagnostic fee and just said that my oil needed to be changed and I needed new coolant. I have since taken it to a real mechanic who discovered a cracked radiator cap. AAA, which I pay to be a member of, charged me almost $200 to take a half assed look at my car and diagnose it incorrectly. The real mechanic didn't charge at all.

Also, the online booking is complete BS. It will show availability and let you book even when there is no technician in the shop. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in AAA.

Comment : Paid $1600 somehow for brake job and caliper and we get to the car with still barely any brakes. I had to get my car towed there because brakes ended up so bad. Call up shop and luckily make it home with worse brakes then when I left since I live nearby I called and told them and they tell me since I didn’t pay nearly $200 for a diagnostic test they couldn’t look for other problems.The funny part is though they tell me it’s another nearly $200 to bring it in to check it out after paying 2 months rent for brakes that should work. Long story short now is they check it over free of charge and say they will cover the leak they missed free of charge. Whoever parked my car out of that garage knew there was no breaks and left it out there for my family to drive. Sick place that rips you off. My car is still in there as of 7/24/2026 and they claim it can’t be completed until tomorrow at noon.

UPDATE:

They fixed the brakes and are fine now. No apology from manager besides saying I don’t know what happened.

AAA automated response here did nothing besides me sending an email explaining what happened and no response from their AI system

Overall do not come here because I would never go back for overpriced work and terrible quality.

Comment : My service engine soon light came on. It was diagnosed PSA00. After further diagnosis, the problem was fixed in a very timely manner. I could noticed the difference in how much better my car ran after the problem was fixed. Customer services was excellent, as it always is. I love the way AAA NW OKC takes care of all of my car needs. I recommend them, highly.
