Comment : Short notice trip to Italy. Need to rent a car over there. To rent and drive legally in Italy I need an International Driver's Permit. AAA to the rescue! I filled out the required form out at home, went to AAA for passport-sized photos and the permit. Super easy transaction! I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Comment : Having my car oil change, they told me that I needed back breaks with rotors and front. Driving my car is like knowing my body! So I said just give me the oil change. After leaving I had someone else check my breaks and it was exactly as I thought ?? there was nothing wrong.

Comment : Went here to have tires mounted. They said a front end alignment must be done since the car is AWD. The car drove fine prior to this service. Now the steering wheel must be held slightly to the left in order to drive straight. They also didn't remove the goop used to mount the tires on the wheels.

AAA's follow-up to my post lacked professionalism in many ways. I am shocked that a AAA facility is run so poorly.

Comment : Great experance! Switched out my filters and were honest when they could not figure out how to change my whendshild wiperblades. Directed me to the manufacturer. While I was bummed to have to go somewhere else I was apprechative that they checked my oil, changed out my filters and did the job they knew how to do. Also love that they send PHOTOS of your car and things that need to be replaced so you could see they were not making anything up. Would go back for sure! Wish they did have a little better discounts though. Shout out to ZACH who kept me updated throughout my visit.

Comment : I called to ask about new tires for my car. Gabe answered my questions and then I asked it I could stop in to talk to him and he said anytime. I went in the next day and was completely satisfied with the information provided to me by Gabe and Alex. I brought my car in the next day and very pleased with the work that was done. Reliable and honest.
