Comment : This is the most important review you will read about this place. I came here about 5 months ago after experiencing smoke coming out of the hood of my car. I know enough about cars to be able to determine that it was nothing more than an issue with the coolant system. My family has a AAA account and I thought they were the gold standard for simplicity and fairness. I got quoted $3,900 for them to fix everything necessary and $2600 just to get the car to run again. I immediately felt like something was off and after confirming my suspicions with a few friends of mine, I had it towed to a different mechanic who truly wanted me to see what was wrong with the car. After nearly an hour with him he proved to me that this shop was not only upselling, but had never even properly diagnosed the car. The issue that he found never even made its way into the diagnostic sheet that this place was ready to charge me $2600-$3900 for. THE MAIN REASON I TOOK MY CAR IN WAS NEVER FOUND. The part I had to swap was worth $500 on markets that I can find (repair shops get them far cheaper.) I will never EVER trust not only this AAA but any AAA or anything to do with them for as long as I live.

Comment : I strongly recommend that you avoid this place. I got my car towed here to replace a starter and an auxiliary battery. They tried to charge $1,100 for labor alone, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Comment : I walked into this AAA to get new tires and the only indicator that my car had was low tire pressure upon arrival. It said a tire pressure sensor fault
after I left they broke my tire pressure sensors. They also misdiagnosed an issue with the module of my radiator fan and tried to convince me to flush the coolant because they didn't know what the issue was and they couldn't just say that

Comment : DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE! IF THEY CANT DO AN OIL CHANGE THATS BAD!! A CAR NEWBIE CAN DO AN OIL CHNGE SO FOR CERTIFIED TECHS TO RUIN TWO CARS OVER OIL CHANGES IS SO PATHEITC. also sorry for typos im using talk to text) so they make a coupon for Aaa members to get a free oil change so my father and I did it cause it’s perks of paying for the membership right and I first went my car then started to smoke after I got it done, but I didn’t think that they did it, but it was instantly and I should’ve known better so my dad goes and he gets done the next day with a coupon and my dad‘s Mercedes also then started to break now I find out they never screwed in the filter incorrectly. The oil filter completely ruined my engine oil on the radiator how to get new oil. My dad sold the car that he had because of how much damage of what they did it was just kids sitting around talking not even doing any work. It was incredible that I take the oil cap off for it to start dripping they didn’t even get all the oil out they had my car sitting on the Jack for 3040 minutes then only had the oil come out of it for maybe two minutes and then finally put the oil in and because they were closing, but they were just messing around in the back room so they did it real quick and yeah now regardless, and I’m paying thousand to get mine fixed.

Comment : Very expensive, similar pricing as dealers. They always recommend you to replace battery, wipers, brake fluid, etc for no reason.

Comment : I got my tires which they said to have 70k mile warranty on them. I’ve used them for 30k miles and they need a replacement. They didn’t help or care at all.
