Comment : Went in for a free AC check, I spoke with a representative ahead of time, twice, and told the representative my AC works fine but I'm having issues with my heating. When speaking to that person twice I was told it would qualify under the free AC check just to come in on my appointment to be told I would have to pay $180 just to have my car looked at. Wasted my time and lack of transparency on AAA's end.

There was also no manager available when I tried to escalate the issue.

I hope AAA management takes this complaint seriously, reviews what happened, and addresses the employee's conduct appropriately. After more than five years as a member, I expected much better treatment.

Comment : Very disappointing experience with AAA today.

I have been a AAA member for more than five years, and the customer service I received today, Saturday, September 19, 2026, was extremely disappointing.

The representative was very rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. I also felt that some of his comments and the way he spoke to me were racially insensitive and discriminatory.

What shocked me most was that he repeatedly told me, essentially, “If you don't like it, don't come back.” This is completely unacceptable customer service, especially toward a long-term AAA member.

Comment : A truly great expedited experience! Went in on a whim for my international drivers license and what a breeze. Unfortunately I don't recall the woman's name who greeted me as I walked in, but she immediately turned me over to her colleague Rocio chavarria-orellana. Both employees as well as a few others I spoke with there were beyond professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Thank you all for a great experience, and the whole staff should be commended.

Comment : Roc?o (Ro) was a great pleasure to speak with. I went to get an international license for the first time and all the staff we very kind. Ro helped me check out and guided me thoroughly to the end. She displayed excellent customer service and made my experience at AAA Hamilton very comfortable and pleasant. I definitely will go back there again.

Comment : Other garages had failed to find the leaks in my tires. AAA Hamilton repaired both and sent a detailed report.

Comment : Auto service and hospitality is mostly impeccable, however sales process is intermittently deceptive. I scheduled an auto appointment for a brake system review. After reviewing my vehicle's history a representative informed me an oil change was due. I elected to complete an oil change in addition to my scheduled need and electronically signed a digital invoice for the initial oil change quote. After auto review, the same sales representative informed me that the brake system is in need of repair, explicitly stating front and rear pads as well as front and rear rotors were recommended for replacement. I elected to ONLY replace front pads, a single component of the brake system recommendations. The representative confirmed my selection and informed me they would relay this request to the technician. After completion of the requested work a DIFFERENT sales representative informed me work was completed and I was ready for check out. The representative proceeded to read through the tally of services completed which included an oil change, front brake pads, FRONT ROTORS, an alignment and the necessary labor charges. I informed the current sales representative that I had only elected to replace the front brake pads with the previous sales representative to which their defensive response was "we always replace pads and rotors" in addition to "you signed for this". I informed the sales representative that I elected to only replace a single component of the braking system and that I had NOT "signed for this". I electronically approved an oil change estimate and nothing else. I was only informed of the recommended services to be completed and simply selected my choice, however was never provided a quote for service nor signed for those services. The sale representative retorted with "would you like us to take the rotors off?" to which I replied "yes". The sale representative then proceeded to confer with another representative in the auto service area, came back one minute later and informed me they were prepared to remove the front rotor replacement charge" I replied with "Thank You". They retorted with "next time you may want to go somewhere else because we always replace front pads and rotors together" The moral - don't be deceptive, don't be divisive, follow instructions and treat your paying customer base with respect and honesty. You are a commodity. Dan is super cool though. Thanks Dan. Dan was not part of this interaction.
