In todays world you dont find anyone who excells at customer service from start to finish ..Holly is that person..She handles every detail and makes you feel like you are not just a customer but a very important person whose needs needs are for either repair or maintenance or both.. I am more than satisfied with my service visit. The mechanics who worked on my car were fantastical and did a fantastic job..i feel confident going there for the service of my car.. no matter how well my car is serviced it all begins from the moment I check in. Holly absolutely made that difference!!!

Comment : Never again. Terrible customer service on the shop side. They have 1 mechanic on staff. The AAA tow truck brought the car here and we trusted the name, which was a big mistake. We were told it was a labor intensive job and it would take some time. After 19 days of the car being in their shop, they claim to have done 3 hours of labor, but had not made any progress at all and could not speak to what was done in those 3 hours. The manager told me since we came in without an appointment (that's what happens when your car breaks down) that all other appointments would be prioritized before our car. That is not what we understood when they said it will take some time. When I asked for an itemized list of what we were being billed for, she told me she could not provide one because it was just "labor". We ended up having the car towed to a different mechanic.

Comment : Mark was amazing to work with. He got me right in and when I thought my issue was a small issue i declined any inspection but Mark sympathetically insisted on them to take a look at my car and i'm so glad he did.Because you just saved us a huge headache, and potentially a lot of money. He is definitely an asset! I will be coming back
