Comment : I didn't have a good experience at AAA auto repair in Annapolis. I had a 7:30 scheduled appointment to have my car serviced. When I came in no one was in the body shop. The mechanic didn't arrive until after 8. Not a good sign!! They were suppose to work on my car but then I was told, they didn't have an appointment for me. I took a half day of work to take my car in so this was a total waste of time. I would not take my car there to be repaired. They are not a real body shop. They have one mechanic working there and the service is horrible.

Comment : I had my car towed into this shop on December 30, 2025 by AAA. It has now been over three weeks and none of the original concerns that I requested be diagnosed on my vehicle have been completed. I checked the vehicle in with the store manager, Mario, originally. My original concerns were that my AC was blowing hot air, and that I was experiencing a knock or noise in the rear end. After having my vehicle for over a week, I was contacted and told that I would need to come down to the shop to ride with the mechanic to identify what noise or knock I was referring to because the technician was hearing several. I have an existing AAA service agreement on the vehicle that covers a wide range of components on that car. and I am a girl, not a mechanic. That being said, you would think the most intelligent and helpful thing to do is to diagnose all the noises and fix what?s covered per the service agreement, but that hasn?t happened. They haven?t even repaired the AC. As of today zero diagnosis have been completed, and after speaking with the assistance store manager, Catherine, I was informed that Mario will not even be back into the office until Friday and nobody can handle this except for him. The most concerning part about it is, we have an abnormal amount of snow about to fall in our area Saturday, and my vehicle is parked out on that lot. The shop is not going to be responsible for any damages caused due Inclement weather, theft or vandalism, even though it will be a direct correlation to their delay in my service repairs. I think the entire staff needs to be retrained on how to assist AAA members properly with a AAA service agreement that covers them against mechanical failures. This type of delay is shows the shops inconsideration for the AAA member and also exposes a huge lack of competence with a service plan they should be more than familiar with.

Comment : I had an issue with my car, with an under carriage panel hanging and scraping. I am not a AAA member, yet.... They provided me timely, professional, top notch service today for something that could have been a much bigger problem had it not been repaired today. I appreciate you all so much! Thank you!
