Comment : Don't get your car serviced here even if you have no other choice. The next time AAA needs to tow my car somewhere and this place is the option, I'm leaving my car on the side of the road. The service here is terrible and completely apathetic. The communication is even worse.
I got a flat tire on Wednesday, the day I was supposed to leave on a cross country trip. When they looked at my car they told me they wouldn't be getting my size tire in until the day after. I explained that I wouldn't be able to pick the car up tomorrow [Thursday] but just to replace the tire and I would pick the car up Monday [today]. This was agreed on. Radio silence all weekend. First thing Monday morning I try to call the shop to see if my car is ready. I call for 45 minutes straight with no answer except to be put on hold for 10 minutes one time. When I get there, my car isn't ready and they hadn't even bothered to order the tire like they said they would. When I asked why this was, as we had agreed thst the tire would arrive and be replaced thursday, the
I travel locally for work and fully depend on my car. Without my car I literally can't work, it isn't as simple as taking an uber. This is easily the worst shop I've ever had my car sent to.

Suggested to leave the vehicle
Wasn’t possible I didnt have a ride.
Came in 8:00 am
Ask how long of a wait
Was told late afternoon possibly tomorrow.
Vicious circle.
Do not recommend waisting your gas.

Comment : DO NOT GO HERE FOR INSPECTION. April/May 2025 - There is a new inspector/or policy here and it goes way too far. You are 100% guaranteed to fail inspection. My truck failed inspection in April 2025 for a host of issues. I went in and met with AAA and the inspection State Trooper and looked at it on the rack. The State Trooper agreed 2 issues were not fails.

Today I took my daughters car in. It also failed on a host of issues including the turn signals were the wrong color! They are OEM! They also found major and expensive issues. I'm not sure if I want another State Trooper meeting or just take it somewhere else to be inspected.

Comment : This place is a rip off!! Took my car in for inspection and check AC. They came back and said my right headlight was not installed properly. They want $120 to fix it And they said my refrigerant was low and wanted $500 to add. And she said they put a failed sticker on it. So I paid for inspection and left. Checked sticker and it was not failed. So off I went. I guess they saw a woman come in and $$$$ lit up. Beware is all I can say😔

Comment : WARNING: this place does not honor their 7-year battery warranty even after just under 2 years. Our 22-month old battery failed to start the car after 10 days (in COLD weather) after having not been driven. Their computer said the battery passed the required minimum threshold. Kendra said they were willing to go to arbitration if we wanted.
