Comment : I made the appointment online. I instructed them to replace both headlamp bulbs if they had to remove the bumper. The l/f was out but I figured for that money replace both just in case. I wrote on the drop off envelope if it is going to be complicated to replace the bulb do both. I asked them to check tire pressure and check fluids on the envelope. When it was ready I asked what did you have to do to replace the bulb. We had to remove the bumper cover. Did you replace both? No. Why not? I wrote it in 2 places. We can do it now. We'll take care of the labor. You just pay the bulb. Seriously. It's almost 3pm and I have to go to work. So now when that bulb goes out. And it will. I have to py that money all over again. And no tire pressure or fluid check. Been a member of AAA for a few years. Rethinking my life choices now.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I usually come here for state inspections. They have always been timely and honest with me.

I recently had a small list of maintenance items done on one of my vehicles. They were even honest enough to let me know one of the things I wanted done didn't need it.
