Comment : I made the appointment online. I instructed them to replace both headlamp bulbs if they had to remove the bumper. The l/f was out but I figured for that money replace both just in case. I wrote on the drop off envelope if it is going to be complicated to replace the bulb do both. I asked them to check tire pressure and check fluids on the envelope. When it was ready I asked what did you have to do to replace the bulb. We had to remove the bumper cover. Did you replace both? No. Why not? I wrote it in 2 places. We can do it now. We'll take care of the labor. You just pay the bulb. Seriously. It's almost 3pm and I have to go to work. So now when that bulb goes out. And it will. I have to py that money all over again. And no tire pressure or fluid check. Been a member of AAA for a few years. Rethinking my life choices now.

Comment : I usually come here for state inspections. They have always been timely and honest with me.

I recently had a small list of maintenance items done on one of my vehicles. They were even honest enough to let me know one of the things I wanted done didn't need it.

Comment : Had a appointment at 9 for 4 tires and a inspection so I waited got breakfast came back car still sitting 1030 car still in front so now I said something finally car in back 12 came they came and told me that they have to go to lunch and will finish ather lunch now I am passed but still cool I said can I speak to a manager he was sitting right there he walked back and said someone was going to stay and finish bs because I still didn't get out to 2 oh by the way they said to bulbs were out and they would do it for free but they didn't know I just had all the bulbs change trying to appease me. Just get the job done in a reasonable time we don't need free we need time because time is precious when you get up I age. But I gave them a 3 because tires was the best and front desk was very nice because I hate confrontation they understood what was going on and they don't do the work.
