Comment : I only go to the Norfolk location, I'm positive they are absolutely wonderful. They've always fixed my car and I just recently sent my sister there and they were able to get her driving within a day.

Comment : AAA Norfolk came highly recommend to me by a member and loyal customer, however I did not have a great experience due to the front desk employee Eugene Figgs. I took my electric vehicle there for a state inspection that initially failed due to a slightly blading tire. I was told that my size tire was not in stock but can get there by the end of day. I tried to get a tire next door, they were also out of stock so I had to get a tire at another location. The process took exactly 45 minutes. (Yes, I timed myself) My arrival time back to the shop was 11:49am. Eugene proceeded to tell my that my reinspection would not be done in time to be at that airport by 1pm, because I would be placed in the back of the line, my entire vehicle would need to be inspected again, (not, me showing proof that the tire was replaced), the inspector needed to take a lunch break. This didn't sound correct so I called my male neighbor that works on cars, and I was told I was being lied to. I left the car for reinspection, however I did inform Eugene that I know that I am being lied to and I will return with a male. My neighbor work across the street and within 15 minutes my car was suddenly good to go. I was also charged again for this inspection. I will not fault this business for a fowl interaction with one employee, however AAA is known for the 50 plus demographic. If they would try to treat a female customer (by herself) this way, I would really hate to know how they are taking advantage of our more muture population.

Comment : If you are seeking a nasty attitude in a AAA worker, sales advisor Eugene Figgs definitely is your man. He discriminates on who he treats with kindness and who treats with impunity. His tone of voice is forceful, degrading, and insulting?at this situation was my experience. He possesses very little patience and care answering questions from AAA members. Do not use this particular AAA car care center. He could get in a bad mood with you.
