Comment : Blatant price gouging and failed diagnostics?Avoid!**

I?ve had a nightmare experience with this shop. Last November, I paid $400 for an AC diagnostic and a relay switch. They initially refused to run my insurance, claiming they "knew" it wouldn't be covered. After I insisted, the insurance paid in full.

By March, the AC failed again. They first quoted me $1,700 for hoses, leaving me with a $500 out-of-pocket balance. Just two days later, that price jumped by an additional $3,500 to "rebuild" the components.

When your own insurance company calls you asking why the shop is requesting so much money, you know you?re being taken advantage of. This is a classic case of price gouging. They failed to fix it the first time and are now trying to rebuild the entire system on my dime. Extremely dishonest business?take your car elsewhere!

Comment : I'm so amazed with AAA! With Kerry with excellent customer service skills he has the customer's best interest at heart! He been the same all the years I've serviced my car there. Also to Adam the mechanic that serviced my car wow he did a excellent job! So happy they both made my day! Overall this is a good place to do business with!

Comment : Super unprofessional regarding communication with customers.
They quoted 2 different prices snd 2 different timelines for the vehicle to be serviced. Spoke with the manager and he made excuses for inadequate communication. The staff were nice, but didn?t seem to stand by their words as things kept changing.
Due to the AAA be unorganized and lacking with communication I will likely go to the Chevrolet dealership the next time I need work done

Comment : My experience with this car care center was one of the worst I've had. After having my vehicle towed, it took over 48 hours for me to get a callback or response from the techs, and at that time they claimed they needed to add additional diagnostic time. Another 5 days later, I called for an update and they hadn't even touched the vehicle, which seemed deliberate. I had it towed to a different shop who resolved my issues same day for 1/4 of what this shop was charging. Awful communication issues, costs are overpriced and they tried to charge for unnecessary work, and they have no sense of customer service. Avoid this shop and take it somewhere else; AAA name, but F- in service.

Comment : Donte & Kerry are professional, courteous & experienced / very knowledgeable gentleman...
Suggestions are always something that when they can't quite service my families vehicle at that time, i always follow...
Not to mention, the waiting lounge is SUPER comfortable...🙋🏽?♂
