Comment : I am not sure what they did, same problems exist but I was charge over 300 dollars for a battery and it did not fix any of the problems the car was sent there for in the first place. I five stared this place prior to this even but after being lied to multiple times I will not go here anymore.

Comment : Fit me in on a holiday for a last minute inspection after another shop failed to get the job done in a timely manner. Much appreciated!

Comment : I had a terrible experience at this garage last week. After having had my car towed 100 miles from the Outer Banks, the associate that received my car, who I had already spoken to on the phone and knew what the situation was, was incredibly rude. The associate made it clear that they didn't want to accept the vehicle, STRONGLY recommending I put a claim through insurance (even though the car was not in an accident so there was nothing to claim) and that insurance would have the car repaired where they wanted to have it repaired, which would not be there. He indicated that if there was body damage (again there was no accident and the car was very clearly in one piece), it would have to go somewhere else as well. He made it clear that he really did not want to work on my car and was so rude that my partner, who worked in customer service well over a decade and usually has endless patience and grace for people in service jobs was ready to make a scene, and our tow truck driver did not even feel comfortable leaving the car there. I felt bad leaving it there and was not in any way confident I would not be taken advantage of. I woke up the next morning still so upset by the way I was treated that I had the car towed elsewhere.

Comment : I took a 2003 Honda Accord to be checked over before my 17 yo son drove it back to SC. This was my mom's car and it had 54,000 miles on it. I asked them to inspect the car and do an oil change. This car has not been driven more than 200 miles over the past 3-4 years. I was surprised to find out there were no issues with the car. The next day I noticed the back rear tire seemed low so we checked the pressure and it was at 15 psi. Actually, all the tires were lower than recommended. This gave me pause and doubt that the car was truly inspected. Thankfully we made it back to SC and took it to another AAA car care center. 8 days after later, the new inspection (with pictures and explanations) shows that all four tires are dry-rotted with a nail in the passenger rear tire, dirty air filters with a cracked intake tube, and a total of 9 issues on inspection that needed urgent attention including a cracking belt. Seriously, what did you actually inspect if you missed a nail in the tire?
