I five stared this place prior to this even but after being lied to multiple times I will not go here anymore. 1 Reviews Heargod1 CHESAPEAKE, VA Reviewed : 02/21/2025 Comment : Towed my wife s car to replace the battery and a State Inspection. After having had my car towed 100 miles from the Outer Banks, the associate that received my car, who I had already spoken to on the phone and knew what the situation was, was incredibly rude. The associate made it clear that they didn't want to accept the vehicle, STRONGLY recommending I put a claim through insurance (even though the car was not in an accident so there was nothing to claim) and that insurance would have the car repaired where they wanted to have it repaired, which would not be there. He indicated that if there was body damage (again there was no accident and the car was very clearly in one piece), it would have to go somewhere else as well. He made it clear that he really did not want to work on my car and was so rude that my partner, who worked in customer service well over a decade and usually has endless patience and grace for people in service jobs was ready to make a scene, and our tow truck driver did not even feel comfortable leaving the car there. I felt bad leaving it there and was not in any way confident I would not be taken advantage of. I woke up the next morning still so upset by the way I was treated that I had the car towed elsewhere.
