Comment : My Chevrolet equinox would not start on Saturday evening so I had it towed by AAA to the shop on Route nine in Clifton Park. Mark Got my car into the shop on Monday and had a diagnostically tested and found that a ground wire Had rotted . They replaced the wiring and had the car up and running in no time at all. Mark and his crew at AAA were very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the professionalism that was shown to me.

Comment : Took an extra day for my truck to be looked at due to a backlog of work, but I was given a thorough explanation of the repair and the testing after it was completed to ensure the repair was effective and no other damage occurred when my truck lost most of its coolant and overheated.

Comment : It took two hours to do oil change and half done tire rotation what I mean on half done is he only did one side of the car. The manager tried to overcharge me and give me attitude I told him it's should 49.99 because that what you sign states outside. He didn't believe me had to go look. I said your employee took two hours to what exactly what. Then accused me of lying when I said he only did the tire rotation on one side of car. He said do you want to pull the tapes I said yes. I watched the guy the whole time. He said I'm giving it to for free, not expecting for free. Just want my car done right in a timer manner. Have exactly what ask for done on car. Not for it to take two hours. Have to watch like your employee like a hawk. The employee that didn't even undercarriage of car back on right. So I had to across way Valvoline to get the rest car tires rotated and for my under carriage put together back on right. I will be going to Valvoline from now. Just thought would get it done with free rotation the a pay membership too. Never again.
