Comment : I needed a tow yesterday, and Dalton arrived very quickly! He is very flexible, professional and very knowledgeable with cars. He knew exactly where the tow hook toolkit was in the car, and he was very careful when loading the car up. When dropping the car off, he called and asked us where we wanted the keys, and even made sure to leave the car in second gear (we had mentioned how 1st was unusable). Excellent service.

Comment : The battery on my truck died while I was working out of town in Saratoga last week. I put a request in for service to my battery on the AAA App. Dalton from this garage responded to the request in less than 15 minutes! He was very professional & friendly. He tested the battery & showed me that my battery was bad. I asked if he could change it for me. He explained that he didn't carry batteries on the flatbed, but he would tell dispatch to send a service truck to my location to install a new battery. In about an hour Andrew & Nick showed up with the service truck. Again they were very professional & friendly. They quickly changed out my battery for me, had me sign for it & were on their way. I was very impressed with all 3 men that came to help me! Thank you Dalton, Andrew & Nick! You made a bad situation much better for me!
