Nice crew, free loaners, worked with insurance, and great body work.

Took 3+ weeks longer than expected though and updates from their business regarding status and delays were somewhat curt and not provided as often as I would have hoped.

Nice work though, so if you live nearby and don't mind things taking longer, it might still be worth considering their shop over others in the area.

Comment : Thank you to Reina for being very professional and showing up earlier so I could pick up my car. Thank you to the body and paint crew for fixing the damage, matching paint and paying attention to the body lines of the car. Thank you for making sure the job was done correctly and the appropriate parts were purchased and installed correctly. Being someone that has worked in the field of collision repair I can attest to the quality work that was done. Thank you for the loaner vehicle that made getting to and from work possible while my car was in your shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing collision work. They handled the job in a timely manner and handled the insurance company very well. Thank you to everyone who worked on my Toyota and have a happy holidays.

Comment : My husband messed up his front bumper and the first auto body shop we called tried to charge us $2,500+ just to repair it. They also told us the color of his car was “hard to match” and basically guaranteed it wouldn’t look right — and they would need a full week to finish it. Absolutely not.

We called ACP Auto Body instead, and the difference was insane. Their customer service was amazing from the first phone call. They quoted us half the price of the other shop, kept us updated the whole time, detailed the inside, cleaned the outside, and somehow got a PERFECT color match — no difference at all. And they did it all in just 3 days.

We’re extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back if we ever need work done again. Highly recommend ACP!

Comment : The folks at ACP Auto Body were wonderful - so friendly, skilled and professional. Their restorative body and paint work on our Toyota Camry is absolutely beautiful - leaving no trace of the prior damage and making it look brand new. They truly excel at their craft. The front office staff are so nice and personable as well as having kept us informed of each development during the repair process.
