The mechanic working on my car told me to come and get my car because he would not make any money on tires only. The repairs he quoted were not needed. I had a second opinion and the quote for water pump because of leak was invalid. I feel like I was being price gouged because I am a woman. I was told that if I diid not come and pick up my car that it would be parked on the street. But the mechanic was very nice when he thought I would pay him $4000.00 plus.
