Comment : Took my van in for an oil change, alternator and to check my ac to see what was wrong with it. He called me to tell me I had multiple issues on my van. Which I was well aware what was wrong and things that needed to be fixed at a later date. Instead of focusing on the rule problem they changed my back brakes, rotors and replaced my highlight. My van still has something wrong with it electrical wise. My ac isn’t turning on and has a delay. Which I told him on the phone that I could do my brakes and rotors but instead I got charged a huge bill and the problem still isn’t fixed. In all around yes got new brakes and rotors but the bigger problem that I took my van to them was not addressed. I will not be going to them anymore. I feel like I got taken advantage of on spending more money that in reality could have waited.

Comment : Paid for our vehicle to be towed here for a diagnostic. Told them it would need to be jumped and that it has a knock. They said bring it in and they will check it out. They didn t even touch it.

Comment : Was broke down while in town from Kansas City. They diagnosed the problem and stayed open past 12 pm to replace it for me. Really a classy move from Randy and the team. Highly recommend.

Comment : The worst experience I ve had out of an auto repair shop. Paid for diagnostic (which they diagnosed wrong), did not repair what I came in for and then tried to convince that my car need several thousands of dollars worth of work that wasn t needed. Also never fixed the main problem I came in to repair even after coming back a second time, they also sold my information to outside companies. Comment : I go in for regular oil changes as well as routine maintenance and bigger repairs.The technicians are very thorough and will report any issues they feel need addressed with a realistic timeframe to take care of them.

Comment : Quoted my boyfriend ONE THOUSAND dollars more for the same parts and repairs then Hoffman's down the road did. I think they were even surprised! Way to take advantage of people in this economy.
